A handful of times it just runs through my mind "this was uncalled for maybe I could have gave myself more time for this" or like "not exactly what I was hoping for"

Both times when I peed on myself it was because I was laughing. I'm a very giggly person and it's easy to make me laugh, and both times I was full of pee. The first time wasn't a full bladder so it was more of a jolt (I was being told to hold it 🙄). A, "holy shit. Did that really just happen?" Kinda thing. I didn't even really get a chance to fully explore those feelings because I was playing with someone else at the time and he sort of demanded all of my attention (in a good way 😄). 

The second time was a whole full bladder in my pants and panties, and that was a trip. I laughed so hard and sort of lost all control, and once I realized what was happening it was too late so I just let go. At that time I embraced the feeling of my pee filling my pants. I let it happen and kinda let my mind go blank and enjoy the feeling. When I had finished I took a deep breath and looked at the puddle on the floor and sorta laughed it off. It was an experience no doubt ☺️

Mostly it is something along the lines of "Mmm, Lovely and warm. I wonder if anyone has noticed my pee running down my legs", "Mmm, lovely and warm. I wonder if anyone will sit on this wet seat", or "Why has my friend not noticed that I am soaking the front of my skirt."

When I pee myself, 99% of the time it is intentional and on purpose. At first I feel excitement, anticipation of what to come, all the desperation and holding and build up is about to culminate in this very special moment. I get an extra special burst of excitement, a tingle as my body relaxes and I start peeing, quickly followed by "Ohhh this feels SO good!" as I feel a mixture of relief and the warm wetness spreading across my clothes. Next up is naughtiness as it sets in what I am doing. I could have sat down on the toilet, I could have taken off my clothes or moved them away but no, I am being a very naughty girl and deliberately wetting myself. As my stream concludes I feel happiness as I look down at the wet stain and puddle, enjoying the feeling of an empty bladder after being full just moments before. Finally I feel pure arousal, all the thoughts and sensations have combined to leave me feeling very, very horny. 

Of course it doesn't come in perfectly segmented waves like I have described, but you get the idea.

Voluntary - I am always shocked by the hot feeling down my legs. I just take in the moment as the hot & wet and then cold feeling sets in.

Involuntary - It has only happened a few times.  I can feel excitement and my face turning red from embarassment.  Feels kind of like going over the edge of a waterfall in a small boat.

I wish I had a more substantive answer for you. I tried it a few times when I was first exploring my sexuality in the hope that it might give me an orgasm. Something I hadn't been able to figure out on my own. I remember feeling the pleasure of doing something taboo. But it always became uncomfortable before I finished emptying my bladder.
