A step to Far!

Well its been far to long since my last post and for that I must apologise.

I wish I could tell you that I hadn't posted because I had managed to act like a grown woman and use the toilet without any mishaps, unfortunately (though not for you) this is not the case.

My reasons for not posting are time, family, work and personal problems which I wont bore you with now.

As far as my bladder issues are concerned little has changed over the last few years, on the bright side I suppose it hasn't got any worse, however I still carry spare underwear around which gets used most days and yes I am prone to the odd complete flood (as I am sure you are aware).

So confidence has not been to great recently and husband has not helped the situation as I try to climb the ladder in my professional life, be a good mum to my two beautiful boys and try and act like most women my age do and simply use the toilet.

 

In today's post (and hopefully the first of many) I am going to relay an episode that happened recently, the 2^nd week in May to be exact.

It was a pleasant day the sun was shining and I didn't have to rush around as my first meeting was not until 11am. My husband had taken the boys off to school before he went to work, the plan being that I would pick them up from after school club on my way home.

I had a light breakfast and even found time to pleasure myself before dressing for work.

Ready for work I made my last port of call (as always) before leaving, the toilet.

I sat down and managed a small dribble after a few minutes

I dried and cleaned myself up.

Before ensuring I was ready for the office

The day at work passed without any issues, I didn't even need to use any of my spares and I was feeling very pleased with myself that I had managed to be a big girl.

On the drive to the after school club I began to get an in-cling that I needed the toilet, however I hadn't got to far to travel and provided I was in and out in a reasonable time I thought that even I would not have an issue.

I picked up the boys and was on my way back to the car when I met Adam walking in the other direction on his way to pick up his daughter Melissa.

He stopped to chat and I felt obliged to at least exchange pleasantries.

Adam is a good looking guy in his 30s and its clear he has a bit of a thing for me. I have seen him staring many a time and he often looks me up and down while chatting. I don't mind, in fact I find it flattering.

I was getting close to having to hold myself so I made a lame excuse that I had left the oven on, which was one of the dumbest lie ever because it was clear I had just come from work.

Perhaps I should of just told him I had to dash as I needed the toilet. No big deal, but hey.

Looking back it makes me chuckle to think what he would have done if I had told him the whole truth.

"I'm sorry Adam I have to dash as I need the toilet and if I don't go now I may very well have an accident. I'm terrible at going to the toilet I often wet my knickers"

If you were Adam in that situation what would you have said and done?

 

Anyway I am waffling, back to the accident.

I fastened the boys in the car, I had a small leak while stretching across the back seat but nothing to problematic.

Drove the 5 minutes home, left the boys in the car dashed to the front door, fumbled my keys and ran up the stairs to the bathroom holding myself as I did so.

I yanked up my skirt but I had started to pee even before I got to the toilet (see arrow)

As the flood gates opened all I could do was sit on the toilet and pee through my knickers and tights with my head in my hands. I felt totally demoralised after doing so well throughout the day, upset and at the same time frustrated that I had got so close.

I was now left with cleaning up the mess and wiping myself.

I look so pathetic in the next picture a grown business woman with her towel wiping her gusset and legs.

I removed my tights and dried myself some more

I stood there thinking what the f***

Time to change, wipe the floor, get the boys out of the car and put some washing on.

Great to hear from you Jayne, and thanks for posting.

Hugs to you too over your accident, but thanks for sharing it with us.  A problem shared is a problem halved?   And although you can't see us giving you the kind of looks Adam does, you know we are.... 😉

I'm sure Adam would have been most understanding and supportive if you'd been totally honest with him 'would love to chat, but I've just come straight from work and I'm absolutely bursting for a wee.'  At least you may find out if he thinks like most of us or not, depending if he look horrified, sympathetic or devillish.
