I didnt see anyone peeing in a changing room, but if there are small changing cabins only for one person some of them are smelly, so people obviously piss inside them. There is always wet floor, so the peeing is hidden. Same for toilets at pools. You can piss everywhere and noone finds out.

In Germany they usually piss in an alley near the pub. Germany is overall one of the more pee-open countries. Did you have some good sightings during the October fest?

My high school was was almost empty in the late afternoon because few students still had classes. The toilets became an ideal pee playground especially during a class. Remaining puddles were not a big deal, because a lot of boys missed the toilet or urinal by accident or for fun. I think most people don't think too much about it and just pee in the nearest corner. If the building is abandoned and accesible, some pee is only very little (rather no) damage to the building in general. However, most such buildings are inaccessible.
