So sorry to hear you are feeling this way, dear Sophie. I have been there in the past, and know those dreadful feelings that nothing is worthwhile any more and that there is no more joy in life. I promise you that you can find a way through this, and it will pass. Never forget that there are people all over the world who care about you, and tell yourself every day that a time will come when you feel good again. You are a kind, honest, loving, and thoroughly decent person, and you absolutely deserve a life filled with happiness, delight, love and joy.
