    There's a law of diminishing returns applying to this thread now, so these might be the last two videos / descriptions I post. But it's been a surprisingly lovely day here today, given that the forecast first thing was for rain.     Check my bladder capacity

    Hi Mary. If it's any consolation then my measuring of bladder capacity during a 'normal' (i.e., no attempt to hold at any point) week might be if interest. My wife and I did it just out of curiosity. And when I did this, the 'normal' capacity I found was 400-600ml, so somewhat lower than the 800ml you found. In any event it sounds like you are trying to accept how things are, and you know how to deal with it. Sending hugs.

    Trying for distance into the bath

    It was time for some wet fun with K yesterday 😊

    Easter traditions - Wet Monday in Poland

    I had no idea about this Easter tradition. Apparently in Poland, according to the BBC website: "people throw water over each other on Easter Monday. It's known as Wet Monday and happens in many other countries too. It's a tradition is connected with the baptism of a Polish prince hundreds of years ago."

    Now this is a tradition I would very much like to observe and take part in 🙂. Can anyone who knows more tell me whether it's as much fun as it sounds?
