I see what you mean, and whilst a clock would be easy enough to add, I'm not sure it'd be very helpful given that almost all devices on which you would browse the site will have a clock. As for the timezone factor, I'm from the UK, but the site itself doesn't have a specific timezone - users set which timezone they are on (you can change this in your profile at any time). The statistics show there's just as many members from America and other parts of the world as the UK, so the site doesn't really have one universal time. I think it comes down to quality and not quantity when it comes to asking how many sexual partners is 'too many'? It's also worth pointing out that the view count increases every time anyone opens the thread, so often they could be from people who haven't even registered on the site (excluding certain areas of the forum that are for members only).
