To be honest, just over-hydrate. If you are pissing clear/near clear, whatever you pee on will be easy to clean up, and in most cases you can just let dry without fear of stink or long term issues. I drink around 3 liters of water a day, 1. Because it’s good and keeps my body healthy and 2. Because when I get horny, which is pretty much always, I can pee on some blankets or somewhere naughty and I don’t really have to worry about it. Just do some laundry and I’m good to go!

Since you like desperation, you may enjoy wetting yourself too. Chances are you've probably peed in a swimsuit before and it's not probably not too different going in panties.
