I was walking and I found fresh pee pools on the street. I could to take a photo of these. 

I dont know it from a man or a woman?

I wanted to say the same thing, yes, some girls don't wipe, I would even say that many girls don't wipe, and not only because they do not have tissues or napkins with them, but even on purpose, consciously and principle, leaving their pussy wet and pissy. I really love such girls, it excites me very much if they don't wipe.
