yellowii 238
Women, do you ever drip dry after peeing? Do you ever try to grab yourself and shake it off like a man? 1 Link to post
DoeHaze 483
Not a woman but here to offer some biology. "The urethra opens into the vestibule, the area between the labia minora. The urethral opening sits just in front of the vaginal opening" It's not really possible to grab that area and shake (ow) those bits aren't loose like a penis. You could shake the labia ?? And assuming you haven't weed down your thighs, stream straight out of urethra means there's rarely more than a drop of pee left. And fun fact 2; vagina's are normally slightly damp anyway due to the whole, being a vagina thing. So yeah, perfectly possible to just be dry(ish) anyway after taking a piss. So drip drying ain't bad at all tbh. No shaking required. My experiences anyway! 2 1 Link to post
Carb0nBased 647
I assume that the OP meant whether they shake the labia. From what I've seen from videos (and the few women I've seen in real life), it seems to be the exception that a woman's labia "crack open" enough that you can see the opening where the pee comes out without her or someone else spreading her, that would allow a "stream straight out of the urethra" as you put it. Maybe you meant though that there's no female equivalent of the issue that requires us guys to shake. Most of you probably know already, but in case some women don't and are curious, the reason for shaking isn't that our penises are sopping wet after peeing. When standing, those of us with a foreskin pull it back so the opening is exposed, and even if we are sitting and our foreskin is scrunched up in front of the opening from being in our pants, very little skin actually gets wet. It's really not messy at all on the outside. The problem is pee getting left inside of our "plumbing", because the tube is long, twisted, and narrow on the way from bladder to tip. We can clench our pelvic muscles a few times after our streams stop to get rid of the worst, and that at least gets rid of the feeling that something is still in there, but there's a lot more space that we can't drain without somehow fiddling with our hands. It's a bit like trying to get the last bit of toothpaste out of the tube, and so then if we sit the wrong way or our pants get pulled tight and it crimps/presses on the penis, then out comes a little belated spurt, hence a wet spot. The most effective way to get it out is kind of wringing, but shaking is less weird in public. By the way, something very similar happens after ejaculating, which IMO feels a tad icky and messy, unless I similarly wring it or wash it out by peeing (or maybe if an eager lady took it upon herself to get the last out haha :-)). Women's plumbing is shorter, straighter, and less narrow, so all this is moot. I don't know if they even have to clench their muscles to empty it of if it just drains, but wringing/squeezing like a guy could do would be impossible as Doe says and also unnecessary. The issue with the female anatomy is the stream hitting bits of skin after exiting the opening, so the labia act as the "spout" rather than the actual opening. Unlike us guys pulling the skin back, I don't think many women spread themselves unless standing or in porn. Again, I'm sure the women can tell how much of an issue this is better than I can. So if they were to shake, it would really be to shake drops off, not empty their "plumbing". I assume that's what the OP was asking about. 1 Link to post
weequeen 1,990
correct, shaking doesn't get more pee out. pee does get on the labia and surrounding areas after peeing, although in my experience i don't think shaking would fling any pee off? i think it would then just end up on your legs haha. i've never tried. 2 Link to post
vpw 824
I guess the instinct to shake comes from days when women would have full bush and it was easy to shake off the pee clinging to all the hair but I guess a women would answer that better. 1 Link to post

There IS no "instinct to shake" for either women or men. Women typically wipe, which is of course something their moms teach them when they are young, and none have come here to say they have ever tried shaking their labia. For a guy as I said it seems more effective to squeeze it but some guys seem to shake it because it looks less awkward in public. 1 Link to post

Yeah, for me (as a guy) it's more like a slight tap or two to make sure I don't have any drips remaining. Women's urethras are a lot shorter so they don't really have a lot remaining anywhere I would imagine. I have a short penis but my urethra is still a lot longer than a woman's. Link to post

They wipe or wash when they have the facility to do so, they shake to let the drops off. Been watching women pee outdoor for long to notice this behavior. Link to post
Alfresco 11,637
I have seen girls peeing outside plenty of times and the techniques are many and varied - both in the peeing itself and the attention to the drips afterwards. Some girls come prepared with tissues and make use of them - usually then discarding them in the puddle although a small percentage will take the tissue and put it in a bin. If a tissue is not available, then I would say that from what I've seen, the majority of girls usually just pull their knickers back up (assuming they are wearing them) and probably accept a little dampness there. I think this is because they want to get finished as quickly as possible before someone sees them. Quite a few girls stay down for a good number of seconds after they finish (drip dry). Some girls do a kind of bounce when squatting to try to flick off the drips. A few, but definitely in the minority shake their arse from side to side to try and lose the drips. I have also sometimes but rarely seen a girl wipe herself with her hand and then flick the drips off her hand onto the floor before wiping the hand on her clothing. 2 Link to post
Boystoiletlover 43
Yeah squatting I guess a girl would shake it a little bit and use tissues....but I guess if she’s sitting on a toilet it’s just trousers down, sit down, go to toilet and wipe your girl bits 😉 Link to post
