I have not measured after holding as long as I possibly can, but there is the result of a week's detailed intake / output measurement in this (geeky) post. The second chart is probably most interesting. I concluded that I have a small bladder. My wife has a larger one.

I had to do back to back days of 24hr urine collection for my urologist due to kidney stone issues and it was pretty interesting. They sent me a kit with what looked like two gas cans and instructions to use one container from 7am until 7am the next morning and then switch to the second container until 7am the following morning. I had one container with about 3100ml in it and another with 3300ml in it...so at least I'm consistent I guess! People definitely give you strange looks when you tote a red jug with you everywhere and then start peeing in it...

I asked a nurse once and she said the average bladder capacity is 400ml, comfortably I guess.

I measure myself often. A "normal" go for me is about 600 ml, but my max I've managed to hold (and measure versus me drenching myself) was around 1212ml.

Have you measure the time it takes for you from start to finish when you measure your pee volum?

No because I’m usually in a rush to get where I can pee into the container but next time I have a desperate piss into one I’ll try to time it lol
