I am aware of that but I'm asking for the sake of decency, one should not smear feces on a public toilet seat.

We’re all agreed on that @just_a_pee_fan and in the event that any of that type of content is posted on this site then it and the member posting it will be addressed in line with the rules of this site.  I trust that the member in question understands that.
