As youngsters both I and my brother were encouraged to pee in pools by our parents. We'd be guided away from toilets if we needed to pee before getting in, for instance, then being told "Just do it into the water" once we were in. When I did I'd be praised, "Good girl!" and told "In the pool is the right place." Well at first anyway, as we soon realised it was actually naughty and didn't need any encouragement! 🙂 In turn I also encouraged my own kids to pee in pools while they were young, and I'll never forget the looks of delight on their faces when they'd also realised it was naught

Unfortunately what you've said about a typical summer in England is accurate Spectacle! As you've guessed most swimming takes place indoors, in public pools, and from what I've both heard and seen I honestly have a feeling more people pee in them than don't.

Oh yes it has certainly been a lovely warm summer here in England this year, which encourages much more swimming of course. I visit indoor pools when the weather isn't good (which is all too often here!) but there's nothing to beat an open-air pool in the sunshine. Either way I can't imagine taking a swim without peeing in the pool. I always plan ahead before a pool visit, not peeing ahead of time so I'll be in urgent need when I get to the pool. First I like the forward-planning involved in holding on before a pool visit to make sure I'll urgently need to pee. Well the fact that it's an indoors station lobby makes it more naughty and thus more exciting. I always like it when someone pees where it won't be washed away by rainfall. As Spectacle says it's only the fact that the guy wasn't sober and alert which takes the edge off it a little. He still created a large puddle of urine in a public place though!

That guy was very lucky not to have been approached by those police officers but I guess they maybe didn't see what he was doing or chose to 'turn a blind eye' if expecting something more serious to happen.
