I see the carnival is taking place this weekend. Anyone been before and got some sightings? Its been reported as a festival of public urination by the looks of things.

There is a scene in the X-Streams video "Pissing about in London pt. 2" where Jenni Loveit does a wee at the Notting Hill carnival.

As you can see from the screenshot, there are plenty of police about and they don't seem too worried.

Travelled down yesterday by train, arrived early morning however sadly had to leave and get the train home just as things were beginning to get interesting. In summary it was a disappointing day sightings wise. Despite my best effort (nearly 40,000 steps walked) it was difficult to find one particular spot that would serve best for sightings.

There was tons of desperation on show, most of the makeshift portaloo blocks were 4-5 people deep and there were hundreds of girls holding themselves, moving foot to foot and begging for the queue to hurry up. I was unlucky on 3 occasions to be precise. I had located a group of girls who were desperate to pee, they were showing all the obvious signs and were even debating where to go. I was obviously trying to maintain distance while following to see where they were going to pee however lost each of the groups at the crucial time when they were heading to do the business.

I only really got two sightings of note.

#1: Happened to walk past a portaloo and spot a male and two tanned blonde females queuing up. Just as I passed one of the girls said to the friend "this is a long queue will we find somewhere else" (This usually tends to be a poor decision from my experience). The smaller blonde girl reluctantly agreed and all three began to walk down the street. They passed by a number of paid toilets however many were looking for £5 so they kept going. Eventually they found a paid toilet for £3 that led down a stairs into a basement. This appeared perfect and they joined a small enough queue for female only toilets, disappointing i thought. Fortunately for me the queue was taking a ridiculous amount of time to move. The girls stayed in the queue for at least 20 minutes before it got too much for the smaller blond girl who was obviously completely frantic for a wee at this stage. They quickly came back up the stairs and without hesitation began walking up the road. There was an alley to the right that she quickly ran into. Unfortunately for me she wanted her boyfriend to hold a jacket up to surround her. As I walked by she was in a squat position blasting pee all over the alley, the stream was running all the way onto the road. The other blonde girl couldn't bring herself to pee in the alley.

#2: Again involving a couple. This was a stunning, slim blonde girl who was actually wearing a one piece navy jumpsuit thing. She was clearly desperate for a piss but very pee sh especially in public. Her boyfriend was trying to hype her up to pee in the alley, she was debating it but was very very hesitant. Attempt number 1 involved her in the corner of the alley and her boyfriend assembling 5 lads to block the alley completely. She tried to bring herself to do it but couldnt go, she was completely pee shy. She walked out of the alley but her boyfriend convinced her to have another go. This time two lads and a girl blocked her, she removed her one piece, i got a quick look at her boobs on the way down. I would say she only quarter emptied her bladder (if even) as she was only down in a squat for 10-15 seconds or so. She jumped up again completely pee shy at what she had done.

Overall there was probably too much of a police presence (officer and barriers on nearly every side road/alley off the main event area) for really high quality sightings.

I was down in Notting Hill for a few hours on Monday. Only saw guys, though. Even then, I wasn’t by myself and didn’t want to seem too interested.

Good that you saw a couple of sightings, but definitely less sightings than you would expect for such a big event.  Sorry you missed out on more.

PeteK123, sounds like you only attended the event on Monday?
I had been there both days but I found out, for potential future reference (as it depends how it's handled next time), Sunday was a significantly better day for good locations.
Now I don't mind either gender, so I was much easier to please. And for sure there was a LOT more men doing it out in the open (I could likely talk about that and the interesting spots I saw them go in endlessly), than I saw women. But there was still significant sightings. Monday however they seem to crackdown on prominent locations (you'll see what I mean later), which I'd say does more harm as it just funnels people onto the streets and into peoples gardens lol, as im pretty sure I noticed much more of that.

Initially I didn't see much, though I had arrived just as it turned midday. So I took the time familiarising myself with the location, experiencing what the carnival had to offer. I wasn't fully sure if I was going to get sightings at all or if it was exaggered (boy was I wrong)

First bunch of sightings I got was after a couple hours, as the carnival began to pick up. It was at a backstreet, off from the main procession that people would follow.
Only a couple metres ahead, there was an open gate that led to some steps to an entrance to a building, similar to what you saw on that doorbell footage of what had happened at a previous NHC, except much smaller.
The first I noticed to use it was a woman, inspecting the path back and forth before walking down it. Now of course I didn't see what she did down there, but her walking upstairs with some tissues in hand, wiping her thighs seemed to confirm my suspicion. This was definitely prime piss spot material.
Just as she did, (I assume) two friends came along, talking to her by the gate to the pavement, then handing them some tissue as they proceed to piss opposite the entrance, by a tree and van that gave them some cover. Proceeding to piss in turns pretty openly. Like wow what a start.

That entrance proceeded to be used pretty frequently, by both genders. Likely for the cover it gave, as well as the convenience of it being almost immediately off of the crowded street. I naturally wanted to take a peek at it, and the spot in question was entirely darkened with piss, with its fair share of tissues scattered around. Sure it did spit a little with rain, but not enough to cause any sort of ground dampening, so that was entirely urine.

Second sighting was on the same street, but a little further down. There were three girls (i dunno how you guys vividly remember their appearance so well to describe them lol) that walked up to the fence of a house, still on the pavement. Of course there for a pee, one starts to do so, covered by her two friends. The backstreet wasn't busy by any means, so I assume that was why they'd do it so openly. They'd take turns covering for one another until the 3 of them had all had a wee, I didn't exactly count the time but it felt ages until they were all done, seemed like the third was incredibly hesisitant about what she was doing. though i didn't want to pay too much attention for obvious reasons.

Third sighting I remember was on the walk near the top most part of the carnival, where you follow the street parrallel the mainline that comes from Paddington Station. You come across a generator just before rejoining a crowd on the nearby street. (can't remember why it was a large gathering there, must've been some sound system or other event). Now this generator is its own story, literally, caught me off guard seeing it here as I was very tempted to use the spot lmao. https://www.mylondon.news/news/west-london-news/notting-hill-resident-who-seen-27614200. Behind, that generator had a fuck tonne of tissues and piss stains when i checked. more than in that entrance. Definitely a prominent spot for similar reasons as before. Except on Monday they decided to use that fence and table you see in the news image to block it off. ANYWAY.
To the left of it is a car, likely related to whoever owns it. Now it blocks off any access to the generator on that side, but it seems the corner made from the front of the car and and wall provided an adequate spot. On the walk down, I immediately noticed a girl squatting, hidden by her friend, as i got closer i could see her stream slowly move down off the pavement and onto the street. As soon as she was done her friend took her place. Adding her own bladder to the mess already there from way before they arrived. I didn't notice any of them wipe, but there were some tissues left in that area when I came back to the street a little later.

Shame that I only took a picture of the mess behind the generator on Monday, as it had been blocked but still impressive how many puddles were there after nearly 24 hours.

I find the whole taking turns behaviour fascinating, as I imagine both are never at the same level of desperation. But if they didn't join in, they might not find another chance later. Especially considering the lines at the loos.

Anyway need to sleep, will have to see if i can post a part 2 some time that covers some other super interesting spots and Monday when they were closed + other sightings.

I went on the Sunday this year and without even hunting I saw many more women this year peeing in the open than men.  Just by the edge of the busier music stages, saw many fit early 20 somethings, usually in a short skirt, look a little sheepish then using wall and friends for limited shielding just squat and let it go right there.  No photos due to whom I was with, although seriously considering investing in a pair of smart glasses for the sights I saw that day!  Police presence to stop overcrowding coming into the stages did not seems to deter any one who was desperate for a piss.  If anything seemed to make them more brazen as they were worried if they left they wouldn't be able to get back in
