I am new female member testing brand new unique maxipad for heavy urinaryincontinence thick as two thick maxipads above eachother and I can tell...its a really awesome maxipad. Watch the pic. Its maded of two layers

 of SAP, in the previous maxipads I used it was only one layer with SAP.

Hi and welcome.  As someone who occasionally wears continence products, albeit from choice rather than necessity, I'm always interested to hear about other people's experiences with various brands. My favourite so far, and I'm wearing them today, are the heavy duty Tena pants.  They're comfy and hold a decent amount of wee.  I quickly learned to avoid Boots Staydry after I weed straight through them onto the kitchen floor.
