    In the mornings it feels like I piss more than I drink, especially if I've had too much coffee.

    Ive never taken notice of how much I actually drink but at a guess it'll be about 2ltrs a day and as I've only got a small bladder, I do seem to go a lot. Never counted but usually every few hrs

    Raining again on my ride, what a surprise! 

    I didn't get the miles in I wanted too but at least I still got out so I shouldn't complain too much. Onwards on upwards. 

    Sadly I'm still finding it difficult to find the time to run but fingers crossed that changes soon.

    I finally got my new bike last week so I shall be giving it a proper 1st ride today. It felt good last night on a short test ride to make sure it was all set right. Today will be a good day
