So, back to our forthcoming camping trip.  When we've been on days out together so far I've managed by not drinking too much and I've been absolutely frantic by the time I've got home. Yes I know neither of those things are healthy.   On the last day out literally as I got out of the car outside my own house I started to have an accident. My tired muscles were starting to spasm and then I felt wee warming up my bum and running down my legs.  It actually felt amazing, the relief was incredible as I stood in my front garden soaking my trousers, socks and walking boots.  But that's beside the point.  The thing is, I can't possibly tell my partner he made me have an accident now.  It's humiliating for one, and he'd feel dreadful.

When we're camping for a week I can't wet myself every single time and I can't avoid drinking and weeing either.  I don't know what to do, holding on isn't an option and wetting myself would be mortifying.

Have any of your readers experienced similar, what should I do ?

Hi Diane

You need to get over the feelings of mortification - and think about the positive feelings you get when you are wetting yourself. Think about the relief and the warmth.

Start thinking these thoughts as soon as you take the first sip of your drink.

Take a sip and think to yourself. "Soon that sip will be warmth running down my legs".

Take another sip and think. "Soon my bladder will feel blissful release".

I can understand that you might not want to undress to pee out in the open - undressing can be a bit of a faff at the best of times - but just accept thet you will be wetting yourself and you will be fine.

You are not alone in your love of hiking and not wanting to undress to pee. Many now wear skirts to go hiking for the comfort and convenience (and not just women), and it can be very convenient to just stand in a skirt and let your pee run discreetly down your legs.

You must be confident. Don't think of it as an accident - you will be wetting yourself on purpose even if you are just waiting for the eventual release to come naturally. Your partner is not making you do anything, you are doing this for yourself.

I do hope you enjoy your next hike. Drink plenty to keep hydrated, and make sure it is a nice long hike.

I don't go to parties often, but I remember one time when we were all in the lounge, and then the food was ready so everyone started to make their way to the dining room. I just held back for a few seconds and while the were all filing out I just let my pee run down my legs and soak away in to the dark brown carpet before I followed them. Fortunately nothing showed after the meal, and there was no residual squishyness.

Hopefully you won't make the mistake of going out wearing panties again....

It is nothing to do with the toilets being full. I like to just pee on the carpet when I think I can get away with it. Dark carpet is my friend.

Not sure quite what you are trying to achieve, but you should be able to have some fun.

1. If you want to become incontinent it should be possible with a lot of practice - you will just have to always wet yourself whenever you want to pee and never use the toilet (without exception), and eventually your bladder will get used to it and you will be incontinent - but it will take a concerted effort.

2. If you become incontinent your family will know! It will not be possible to hide it from them forever.

3. If you just like the feeling of pee running down your legs you might like to try wearing open shoes and fishnet stockings under a skirt or dress. You will be able to pee like that almost anywhere without anyone noticing - just be careful of making a big puddle. It will be lovely and warm while you are peeing and your legs will dry and be warm again soon after. Wetting stockings does not leave you with the heavy cold weight on your legs that you get with trousers after you have wet yourself.

4. If you like the idea of temporary incontinence it is possible to have a few days where you wet yourself as soon as you feel the tingle. After a while you will find that you are wetting yourself on autopilot without giving a thought as to where you are. A couple of days of peeing normally again and you will be back to normal.

I guess that the answer is just dress to wet and have fun, and only you will know that you have been wetting yourself rather than using the toilet!

Well, generally I swim naked, so I don't have a bathing costume! That said when I swim in my normal clothes I usually wet myself before I get in the pool.

I don't travel by bus very often, but I have lifted the back of my skirt as I sat down so that I can pee directly in to the upholstery and let it soak in, but mostly I just sit and pee through my skirt as soon as I sit down so that there is time for the tide line between wet and dry to fade before I get off.

Bus seats tend to be quite thin so they don't hold much pee before they overflow on to the floor - which is not a problem on rainy days.

I generally just pee wherever I happen to be when I want to pee if I can get away with it, but as there are some places I don't go very often I still have a few boxes to tick:-

1. A normal theatre. I have peed in the cinema a lot - I pee in the seat every time I go to the cinema, but I have not peed in the seat in a normal theatre yet.
    
2. On a plane. I don't take public transport very often, so the opportunities are rare. I have peed while sitting on the train, and sitting on the bus, but not yet on a plane.

I love the smell of dried in pee. When I go to the wardrobe and take out a skirt that I have wet myself in I usually press the fabric to my nose to take in the aroma of the dried pee before putting it on.

I wash my skirts occassionally, usually when white crystals start to form because it has been hanging in the wardrobe too long since I last wet myself wearing it. Just wetting myself is not a good reason to wash my clothes - just hang the garment up to dry and put it away for next time!

Living room - just peeing down my legs while chatting and letting it soak in to the carpet.

Dining room - just peeing through my skirt in to the seat while eating during the dinner party.
