A test I sometimes do is grab my shaft with one hand and rub the head in circles with the other. If it produces a strong urge to piss (or if it causes some to squirt), I’m definitely full. Feels good either way. 

I’m kind of amazed at times when I feel like I really have to piss and not much comes out. Other times, I figure I should piss and don’t feel much, but a lot comes out. 

It’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance, but I used to use beer to fill up. Then I’d let a little bit out at a time to stay full, but in control. 

Haven’t had that experience, but I’ve fantasized about it since I was 12, and a friend claimed he and his girlfriend would piss while in the middle of sex. It was probably BS, but something I’d love be to try. 

It’s similar to organism. It builds and builds and eventually has to happen. 

Haven’t tried it either, but it sounds like an interesting challenge. 

Mine is fairly simple. When I have to take a leak, it feels good to be stimulated. I’d love to meet a woman who feels the same way. I used to like to fill up on beer but not let myself empty out. I’d let out just enough to get back under control so I still had a full bladder but I wasn’t going to lose control. That might be cool with a willing partner. It’s been a while since I’ve had the chance to do that.

Of course, fantasies work great in your head where everybody has to follow your rules, but I learned the hard way, it’s VERY hard to communicate them to somebody else, no matter how well intentioned they are.

I took SCUBA lessons when I was stationed at Guam in ‘94. My instructor told us “There are two kinds of divers. Those who piss in their wet suits, and those who lie about it.”

I think of it as kind of like an orgasm. The feeling builds and builds, and it must be let out or it will come out by itself outside of your control.

I like the fairly short ones, like less than 5 minutes, where the girl talks about how bad she has to pee, then removes all visual obstacles and lets it go. Partly what others have said. I like when the girl states she has to pee, but the output actually matches her claim. It’s kind of annoying when the video shows a girl claiming she has to pee, but then dribbles a little bit. Plus, going on too long for too little payoff is annoying.

For me, the “Nerdy Fairy” videos are about perfect. They’re usually less than 5 minutes long. She clearly has a full bladder and needs to let it out. She teases her desperation, dances for a little bit, then streams it. The camera doesn’t bounce back and forth. Stupid question: was her shower head session before, or after she relieved herself?

For me, one thing that seems to vary is if I need to leave the house or not. I always drink coffee in the morning. I limit myself to 3 cups. But if I have to run errands or go somewhere, if I drink a 3rd cup, I have to piss all the time. If I stay home, it doesn’t seem to affect me. It’s weird.

I doubt psychologists have done a complete study of this field. I doubt a wide enough sample is available. I don’t think I’d be willing to talk to one unless under conditions of complete anonymity. I can’t relate to BDSM, humiliation, guys (except for myself), or even under most conditions, “watersports’. For me, it’s about the fantasy of a filled bladder that needs relief, then it is achieved. I prefer for that fantasy to be about a women. When I have the rare opportunity, I will let my own bladder fill, then project it onto images or videos of women.

I’m normally not looking for an excuse to go more. I find sometimes when I cut back on salt, I have to relieve myself far more often and usually at inconvenient times.

When I’m deliberately trying to fill my bladder up, beer works best. Anything will fill you, but I guess beer dulls some nerves so it feels good longer. If I try to fill up with water or anything else, eventually it stops feeling good and I just want to piss it out.

I’ve typically only done cups for drug tests. I like bottles though. I used to keep a 30oz Gatorade bottle around and see how close I could get to filling it all the way.2L Coke bottles came in handy when I used to have time to spend browsing this forum and drink a lot of beer. I could fill my bladder all the way and empty into it about 3 times before I had to dump it.

The sound itself wouldn’t do much for me, but if a woman, it would get me thinking about how desperate she was, how long she’d been holding it, and what she would have done if she hadn’t made it to a toilet. That would get me turned on. 

It’s impossible for every single piss to be an erotic experience. Mostly I just piss because I have to. And with family around, it’s not easy. Sometimes I’m able to plan out being able to do something. Other times it just happens. We just came back off vacation. Where we were staying had a huge shower. The other day, my wife and I decided to share a shower. I realized I had to take a leak, and knew I couldn’t start a shower without it being over powering. I went before the shower. Last night, I took a shower alone and really had to piss. I held it until the shower started and let it go. That felt great. 
 

It’s almost impossible to time sex with my wife with a full bladder, but for me that’s the best. When alone, I do my best masturbation when I’m really full.
