@Ms. Tito, My wife is from China, and  she is very much opposed to standing to pee, which she has had to do, in a few rare situations. She prefers to sit or squat. Since forward-directed streams seem to be more common, in Asian populations, it seems that squat toilets would be preferred.

Thanks. I certainly envy your situation, at that time, when you were actually ordered to escort the ladies to the ladies room! That's just too good to be true, but I don't doubt your word, in the least! I have always wondered why adult women, particularly mothers, are apparently completely unaware of the interest and curiosity their young sons may have concerning female urination. My mother was the same way. She would take me with her into public ladies rooms, when I was under the age of five, but already aware of and intensely interested in how ladies peed. I still see women taking their sons with them into ladies rooms, to this day.

"Naughty grandpa lol!" Yes, but you would never think that, if you met him. He was a tool and die maker, from Germany, who played the violin in a local orchestra, on weekends, outwardly quite prim and proper.

@LetMeWatch, Your youthful experiences were very similar to mine, listening first to my mother, and later to my younger sisters, peeing. The sounds themselves, reading about them, and writing about them, are still huge turn-ons!

@Bob3322, Yes, that is a good description of the style that was apparently popular, in the 1940's and 1950's, with the additional caveat to bend slightly forward, for the sake of neatness. It seemed to me that it was actually considered "proper" by the ladies, particularly the mom's, of that earlier time, too. My mom trained all three of my younger sisters to use that style, I remember her yelling at one or another of them, "Bend over, so you don't get (the seat, your panties, or your legs) wet."

As you point out, this style was "prim and proper," and also very effective at hiding the action going on, in the toilet, so much so, that some girls and women didn't find it necessary to close the bathroom door, for privacy. My family apparently followed that theory. My aunts and my mom were quite irritated when my grandfather remodeled his house so that he had an unobstructed view of the toilet, from his favorite chair, in the living room, when the bathroom door was open. They buzzed about it for a long time, calling him a dirty old man, etc. Leaving the door open was probably a matter of convenience, so they were not isolated from other activities going on in the house, like kids getting into mischief, while they were taking a brief pee.

I got interested in pee, literally at my mother's knee, as I may have mentioned, in previous posts. I was an only child, for the first 5 years of my life, and followed my mom around an empty house, all day, while my father was away, at work. The only bathroom was located on the second floor, so mom invited me to accompany her to it, to keep me safe and out of mischief, whenever she had to pee. This began when I was about 3 and ended when I was about 5.

Her peeing style was as secretive as possible, sitting all the way down on the toilet, and bending forward, with her thighs pressed tightly together, so I could hear everything, but saw very little. Still, the sound, smell, and revelation of her bare thighs and undergarments stimulated a very intense interest, in my curious, young mind. I would kneel in front of her, on the floor, in front of the toilet, listening, and staring intently at her thighs, trying to see where and how her pee came out. Never succeeded, but formed an intense, lifelong interest.

@Bob3322, I did similar things as a kid, in the 1940's and 1950's, and continued doing them, but VERY discreetly, all the way into my adult life. I still maintain an awareness of opportunities, even at my present, advanced age (80's). My mom, aunts, and sisters made it easy for me, since they usually left the bathroom door partially or totally open, so both sound and vision were often possible. They relied upon their very secretive peeing style, sitting all the way down on the toilet, with their thighs pressed tightly together, bending forward at the waist, to achieve or maintain whatever modesty they wanted.

One of my first posts on PeeFans was on this subject, based on experiences with a g.f., "Melissa," long ago. The post was a short fictional story, based on real experiences, when I was licking her. As she neared orgasm, she would occasionally stop me, warning "If you keep on licking that spot, your face might get awfully wet, in a few seconds! I feel like I'm going to pee!"

My usual response was, "Go for it! I'd love it"

She would eventually have her orgasm, but I never tasted a drop of pee, or female ejaculate, etc. So it is possible that the fluid didn't come out, at all, or went back in her bladder, as suggested by some of the medical literature, quoted here. This happened fairly frequently, for a while, and I eventually came up with a different response, which was the basis for the short fictional story. An excerpt is paraphrased, here:

@pguy2981, From previous, similar experiences, at work, I believe that your perceptions of your co-worker's desires and motivations are spot on, but I understand your needs for caution, especially at work. I think your current strategy of letting her take the lead is working, but there is a danger that she may eventually lose interest, if you wait too long. So a story of one of your past experiences may be appropriate, but context and timing are crucial. 

I once dated a girl at work, whom I have named "Ellie," in my posts about her, who had the interesting habit of leaving the bathroom door half open, whenever she peed. Fearing a bad reaction, and rumors being spread, at work, I never walked in on her, or even verbally revealed my interest in her peeing style (loud hiss, multiple starts and stops) over an off-and-on dating history, which eventually lasted 10 years. I eventually revealed my history with her to several Platonic female friends, and asked their opinions on her intentions. They said that she was either testing my interest in her peeing, or actually teasing me, seeing if I would make a move, which I had never done. So I apparently missed out on what could have been a very exciting relationship, over a number of years. Hope this doesn't happen to you and your co-worker. Interest in peeing is relatively rare, among women, as I'm sure you are aware, so don't let this one go to waste, as I unfortunately did! . 

I realize that I probably fall in the minority, in this forum, but I do not find the use of conventional, Western style toilets to be automatically boring, in pee porn. They can contribute to an illusion of intimacy. She may be peeing in a style which she actually uses, in private. I find that very erotic, especially if it is messy, spraying her legs, the seat or floor, or her clothing, either accidentally or intentionally, while she sits, squats, or stands on, or over the toilet. I feel that I may be witnessing actions that she takes, when she has an expectation of complete privacy, as she might have, alone, in a bathroom, rather than outdoors, or in another place, where she perceives that she might be seen. That makes me feel that she is sharing intimate secrets with me, as if she is a girlfriend, so it increases the erotic appeal.  

I will add my 2 cents worth to the knickers, panties, pants, discussion, from an ancient US perspective, the Midwestern US, in the late 1940's, when I was a boy, in elementary school. In that environment, I sometimes wore outer pants, which reached below the knee, to the tops of my boots, as snow gear, in winter. They were only worn by males, to the best of my knowledge, and were called "knickers," probably because they had elastic bands or straps, below the knees, to hold them in place. So the use of the same term as a name for short, female undergarments has always seemed strange and puzzling to me, and not the least bit feminine, or sexual, in that sense. 

In the same environment, girls and women usually wore skirts or dresses, until the late 1950's, in the States. If they did wear long pants, as they might, in some occupations, the garments were called "slacks," "jeans," or "pants," and much later, in the 1970's and beyond, "pant suits," or "leisure suits," when combined with matching, tailored jackets. If the pants were shorter than ankle length, they were given other names, like "Capri pants," "pedal pushers," "Bermuda shorts," or "short shorts." So the use of the term "pants" for an outer garment worn by women, seems perfectly natural, and consistent with other uses of the term, in the US.

But another term was needed to describe an item of women's underwear, and "panties" came into wide use. My personal opinion is that it is more precise and esthetic than simply "underwear," which is ambiguous, since it does not differentiate the panty from the brassiere. It also sounds gender-ambiguous, since it can apply to garments worn by males, such as "long johns" and "jock straps," and is thus unattractive to me, as a straight male.

@Takashi96, and Eliminature, Thanks for the tip on the Brit meaning of "pants," and women's feelings about "panties." I was not aware of those.

@CarbOnBased, "I know "wee-wee" almost entirely as a word that children use, or adults use when talking to children. I wasn't aware that it once was common among adults as well. And I've never heard of a "wee-wee fountain"--that's interesting to hear that female peeing was referenced so openly when describing something that is in itself totally "clean" and everyday."

Yes, "wee-wee" was used among adult women, when talking among themselves, even joking, or when talking to children, in the 1940's and 1950's, which are now viewed as sexually repressed times, at least here, in the States. But this reference of drinking fountains to female urine streams was very open and intentional. My mother and other adult women didn't seem the least bit embarrassed by its use, in that context, although they were very reticent when referring to their own excretory habits. My mother even explained the term to me, when I was very young, and asked questions. This may be telling us that previous societal attitudes were not as repressed as we consider them to be, today. 

@Takashi96, I have also lived in the United States, since birth, but I am well aware that many of the members here reside in the UK. So I often include UK equivalent words, parenthetically, in my posts, "bum" for butt, "knickers" for panties, "suspenders" for garters, etc., just for clarity. I have tried to avoid the use of the word "cunt" because many people, especially women, find it offensive, both in the US and UK.

Although the single word "wee" is not widely used in the States, The hyphenated word, "wee-wee" was very popular and widely used, in my mother's generation (roughly 1920-1960). So I often use it in stories of my family and my youth, as appropriate.  Interestingly, a type of public drinking fountain, fabricated of ceramic, like a toilet or urinal, and popular in the US, in the 1940's and 1950's, was commonly called a "wee-wee fountain," since it produced a single stream, angling upward, in a neat arc, very similar to a urine stream from a woman peeing from a supine position, or seated, and leaning far back. My mother used this term all the time, although I rarely heard her use the word "pee," and never heard her say "piss."

I have very rarely dreamed about needing to pee, myself, or actually peeing, but I have often dreamed of watching women pee, or attempting to watch them, unsuccessfully. I still remember my first such dream, which happened when I was probably eight to ten years old, just becoming aware of the sexual connotation of peeing. In my dream, I walked into a neighbor lady's house, which I often did, in reality, because her son was a playmate. I found my way to her bathroom, and saw her standing in the shower, located in the tub, peeing a thick, powerful, ragged, dark yellow, stream, straight down, between her legs, which were getting wet. I watched her intently, for a few seconds, then woke up, strangely excited. I know this was a dream, not a real happening, although it was deeply impressive, so I remember it to this day. I had been very curious about how women peed, from an early age, had followed my mother into the bathroom, and seen her do it sitting down, with her legs together, many times, and had asked her all about it. She had explained to me that women couldn't pee standing, because they would get all wet. I think her explanations contributed to my intense interest, and helped me to formulate the dream, which is still a favorite memory.   

@steve25805, I don't disbelieve your statistics, at all, but I think we have observed different groups of ladies, in terms of average age, health, physical condition, etc., since I am some 20 or more years older than you. Some of my lady friends have arthritis, or other conditions, which limit their ability to get down into a squat, or get back up, afterward. And some have simply told me that squatting all the way down, was far more effort than they were willing to put into something as simple as peeing. 

@kitty and mimi, Love your colorfully worded choices, in your survey, but I think your descriptions of personality types may be overly simple. Peeing can be a complex act, for at least some women, and several personality traits may influence the style she chooses.

More than muscle strength is required to do a full, flat-footed squat. Hamstring length, strength, and flexibility are also required, among other attributes, like lumbar flexibility and strength. I am a Western male, and have done a lot of weight training, over my thankfully long life. I don't remember any age at which I could do a full, flat-footed squat. I have always ended up on the balls of my feet. I had one gf who could easily maintain a flat-footed squat, for as long as she wanted to. She is of Caucasian ancestry, and was born and raised in the States, using Western toilets, almost exclusively. She prefers to pee sitting, all the way down, on a Western style toilet, with her thighs pressed tightly together.

Most of the women I have known, who prefer to pee outdoors, do it in a high squat, closer to standing, because the traditional low squat is too difficult, as you all point out. They are predominantly middle aged, or older, 50-75. One of them demonstrated for me how she could use this posture, over a conventional Western toilet, with the seat up. She managed very neatly, except for a small side stream, which ran down her left thigh. She said that happened every time she did it. I helped her by catching the side stream with a wad of t.p., wiping her thigh, while she peed.

My first, I think, was Patches Place, as many of you have mentioned. My long-time favorite was Elite Gold, where I posted a lot of stories, both real and fictional, and received excellent feedback, little or no hostility, and formed friendships, even met a gf, there. I don't think it's weird, at all. I do it all the time, and am often surprised and pleased at the fascinating topics which are resurrected by my comments and questions. And I am more than delighted when my own vintage posts are given new life, bringing back pleasant memories.  I use a desktop with a MS "ergonomic" keyboard, a Kensington trackball, and a medium size LCD monitor.

CON2H4, I have also seen this behavior, in mixed groups, in outdoor situations, and I am also concerned for the health of the women involved. Some of them seem to have capabilities for holding their urine for extraordinarily long times. Although they have this ability, I don't think it is good for the health of their urinary systems. It can lead to bladder and kidney infections, and even more serious medical conditions. I think this is another consequence of the social conditioning of women, relative to urination, being embarrassed by their needs, and taking pride in their ability to control them, at least in one way.

I was once on a river rafting trip, with both women and men, in very warm weather, which provided some evidence for a very different means of control. After navigating some rapids, we all stopped and rested in some calm water. All of us, male and female, got off of the rafts, for a cooling dip. We all commented on how great the cool water felt. To my surprise, several of the women also commented spontaneously on the opportunity the dip presented for "a nice pee" in the calm water! I had been carrying on conversations with some of these women, while they were apparently peeing, under the murky water, and I had no idea what they were doing! I was surprised by their bravery in peeing, while conversing with a male, and even more by their open revelations of what they had done, knowing it was probably contrary to their social conditioning. It was a turn on for me to realize how close I had been to these women, while they were  actually peeing, and I admired them very much for overcoming their social conditioning, in the acts themselves, and in their spontaneous revelations.
