500 internal server error

Received a server error when trying to access the site. I was logged in at the time, closed the tab and then reopened. Was a few minutes before I could access the site. This has been happening for a few months but less frequently than it used to.

I haven't reported it before because A) I believe you were already aware of the issue and B) This is the first time I've actually copied the text after it happened.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Just had it again, saw chat was disconnected so I refreshed the page and got the error. I wish I could reproduce this easily!

I am hopeful this will get resolved this weekend, but please note that whilst changes are made there may be additional downtime. 

By Monday the site will hopefully be better than ever, but please do bear with me over Saturday and Sunday.
