It's not often I use toilet seat covers but when I do I usually don't punch out the middle section, simply because I find it more fun to pee through it!

We don’t really have toilet covers in the UK but I think they should be in public toilets like a lot of US toilets have them!

We often have them in the aircraft toilets but they're rarely used. I'd say the vast majority that use them would just sit on and go instead of poking out the flap in the middle though.

Ya I dont use see many people using them anymore too. I am here in the USA and women just hover or sit on the toilet and go.
