Posting personal pictures

I've never posted any pics of my girlfriend. It seems like there is a high risk of things going badly. I'm not sure if it's just paranoia.

I would like to hear opinions of people who have posted personal pictures and opinions of people who have avoided posting personal pics.

Are there legal concerns? Is there a risk of being identified? If so, what's likely to happen?

Have you, or do you know anyone that has posted pics somewhere online that then got surprised by an unforeseen problem?

Ive posted a few of myself,and received from other members,and no problems.If the picture is taken without seeing the face,i can see no worries,the site is anonymous.My real name isnt "fannywatcher" by the way!

My ex. took a few photos of me and after we broke up, they ended up on porn websites. They surface from time to time and you never know where. Luckily they don't show my face. There's at least one that shows up here once in a while.

While I've thought about of course, I haven't taken a photo of my g/f, even for my on use; the exciting memory of the things we enjoy together is enough and it is never that long before we meet up again anyway. And with so many wonderful friends and contributors to this website there are all the pictures I would ever need posted here.

The words on the forums are just wonderful inspiration and excitement too!

One of our hard rules was no pics online either, not even clothed. Nothing on phones, no sneaky pics, nothing. I accepted this when both of my ladies requested it, and as mentioned, we also have enough memories to keep us going for ever. The girls are not members of this, or any other site, they tried once, and the endless requests for "nudie pics", turned them off an online presence ages ago. We do have our usual family pics and of memorable places we've been to, but no one needs to see them.
