Emily is new to the college, only been enrolled for a few days. It's unlike any college she's ever been to before. Luckily, she met her friend Lucy on her first day there. Emily is a reserved wall-flower of a person, looking to chill in a calm environment. Whereas Lucy, Lucy is an outgoing adventurous rebel, always looking for a fun time. Emily is dressed in black skinny-jeans, fitting tight to her skin, really showing off her curvy posterior. Along with a V-neck T-shirt fitting the same way as her jeans, accentuating her breasts in the best way possible. Lucy is dressed in cute light-blue mini-skirt, maybe a little too short but she doesn't mind it. With a pink spaghetti strap tank-top.  

Emily stands at her locker adjusting her top as Lucy walks up beside her. Emily notices Lucy and turns her head to her. "Hey, Lucy." Says Emily. "Hey Emily, what you doing?" Asks Lucy. "Just grabbing some books for my next class. What about you?" Emily says. "Gonna head to the library to study a bit for our upcoming exams, if you'd wanna join me." Lucy offers. "Sure, let's go." Emily says, closing her locker. The girls start walking to the other side of the campus where the library is when Emily suddenly presses her hand into her crotch feeling a sharp aching pain in her bladder. "You good?" Lucy says, mildly concerned. "Yeah, I'm fine." Emily says calmly. The girls walk to the library and go to the back where they know they won't be bothered. Lucy places her bag on the table and sits down, she takes out the books she'll need along with her laptop. Emily drops her bag on the seat of the chair across from Lucy.

"Hold on a second, I need to pee." Emily nonchalantly says as she walks a few feet away over to one of the bookshelves. Emily pulls her jeans to her knees, wiggling her hips as she does so. Once her pants are down, Emily quickly pulls her panties down to her knees just as she did with her jeans. Emily lowers herself into a squat so her knees are bent at a 90-degree angle, she then relaxes her bladder and sighs in relief as a think stream of dark-yellow liquid starts pouring from Emily's pussy. Emily's pee flows straight down on the floor of the school library, forming a puddle on the carpet under her. The puddle forming faster than the carpet can absorb it. 

Lucy looks over at Emily as she starts to pee. "You adapted to this place rather quick." Lucy jokingly says to Emily. It's nothing new, the college is full of students peeing wherever they want. The hallways, stairwells, lunch room, library, vacant classrooms and in class during the lesson, even just around the college campus, students of all ages grades and gender, make AND female, still pee wherever they see fit. Emily looks up at Lucy as she continues to pee. "I guess you could say that." Emily says, pausing to look around the library. "But I didn't know that students were allowed to pee anywhere." Says Emily. "Technically, we're not allowed to pee on the floor at all. No one is allowed to. But teachers and other administration don't enforce that rule. They don't care about any of us peeing wherever we want whenever we want. So long as we don't owe on each other, even if it's done with total consent from both parties." Lucy says as she lifts her butt a couple inches above her seat and pulls her skirt up under her butt before sitting back down. She's not wearing any panties. She then spreads her legs and starts spraying a stream of pee onto the floor under the table. 

Emily glances over. "You know, I'm starting to think this college isn't as strict as I thought it would be." Emily finishes peeing and pulls her pants and panties back up. "How long have you been going here?" Emily asks. "Couple years. By the way, if you wear a mini-skirt without panties it's so much easier to pee." Lucy tells Emily. "I guess that makes sense. How often do you pee in public?" Emily asks. Lucy looks down at the stream of golden-yellow pee as it's spraying out from her pussy and watches as the wet spot on the carpet grows in size. "I don't pee in public very often, and I wouldn't consider this place public. I mostly just pee here and at home, although I'm a lot more careless because someone is paid to clean it, whereas at home I need to clean it if my mom doesn't do it for me." Lucy tells Emily. 

Emily looks down at the wet spot on the carpet. It's completely covering the floor under the table. Emily starts laughing. "Yeah, I guess you're right. But, just out of curiosity, why do you wear mini-skirts without panties?" Emily asks. "It's more convenient, I just spread my legs and start spraying. I don't even need to lift my skirt. And I don't need to squat if I don't want to." Lucy admits. Emily glances over, still watching Lucy pee. That's pretty smart. But isn't it a little.....revealing?" Emily asks while looking down at the carpet. "It can be." Lucy admits. Emily pauses for a moment. "So you just pee wherever you want, right?" Emily asks Lucy. "Yeah." Lucy says as she finally finished peeing and fixes her skirt. "And no one says anything about it?" Emily asks. "You've seen how things are here. Everyone pees wherever they want around campus." Lucy responds. "So I can pee wherever whenever?" Emily asks. "Yeah." Lucy says. "I'll be honest, I've been doing it for years at my old college but always to hide it." Emily admits. "Not anymore." Lucy says tor reassure her. "That's.....kinda liberating." Emily says. "Welcome to Freedom City, baby" Lucy yells out. "I think I'm gonna like it here."

I literally said it was advice, not a rule. And yes, it would be more readable if you start a new paragraph for each time the speaker changes. That's why lots of authors do it.

And I have ADHD, and didn't. Breaking up text makes it easier for everyone to read, and understand the flow of information. I'm going to give it a close reading, but there is a reason conventions exist. Will edit this post after reading.

EDIT: It was a great story, good introduction to the characters. Few little editing niggles,  but nothing major that hasn't been pointed out yet. Great job on your first story! It gets easier and easier as you write more, and it's always interesting to see how far you've come. Thank you for posting.
