How do you lurk? I have been lurking bear women's bathrooms for 50 years and had a couple of rude comments from a couple of pee shy women. I can elaborate more.

No lurking near bathrooms with discretion. Used to do it more often but with the culture we live in today it has become more risky. I used to hang around a public library women's bathroom that had a very thin door with no soundproofing. Could hear the slightest hiss and tinkle. If I did that now I could risk detection. People are more uptight now than in the 1980s and early 1990s. I got away with a lot back then. Many nice women who had some nice pees. I even got a date from my lurking after she peed in the bowl.
