Have you ever had a public humiliating incident, how did you react and how did you feel?

For me, i think the most humiliating incident i've had is the one talked about in this topic, where i basically ended up peeing my pants in front of my entire class in middle school. The embarrassment i felt was indescribable, i saw some of my classmates giggling while the teacher and some of my classmates took me to the gym changing rooms. Among other things, in the following days the news spread obviously and you can imagine what i felt.

Has anything this embarrassing ever happened to you? How did those who attended react and what did you feel?

Yes, although it happened a long time ago, I still vividly remember an accident that happened to me in middle school. To give you the full context, it was during a school trip we made by bus, there weren't toilets on board, so I had to hold it. At some point I found myself desperate and had to think quickly. So eventually, I decided to let small spurts of pee out into my pants, believing it would ease the pressure. Finally, we made a pause and when I stood up... the stain hadn't dried up so it was very visible 😓

I also once had to release a little pee during a hold to ease the pressure. As a practice it is very risky, just the slightest thing is enough to completely lose control.

Yes that's what I was worried about too... but I managed to hold the bulk of my bladder, but I still had a massive stain on my crotch

One in college I was coming home from a friends at night, and had to pee pretty bad. I was really desperate by the time I got to the bus stop. When the bus got there, I sat down and was squirming and holding myself. After a few minutes I accidentally let out a long squirt and felt my but and balls get all warm, then a few seconds later I was peeing full force in my light colored jeans. I just kept going until I was completely empty. Fortunately it was late and there were only like one or two people on the bus, so I don't think they noticed unless they saw my wet butt when I got off. 

It was a little embarrassing, but super hot too.

The feeling as you free yourself is somewhat ecstatic, the problem is the subsequent embarrassment when you realize what just happened 😅

As those who read me know, due to a pathology of my bladder, i suffer from incontinence, and this especially when i was a teenager (but even now it sometimes happens to me) has led me to have accidents, due to the fact that i cannot resist as long as other people. Some of these incidents have unfortunately public and have obviously been very embarrassing and humiliating. Has an episode of this type ever happened to you? That you couldn't hold on any longer but couldn't go to the bathroom and eventually your bladder gave out in public like at school, on a bus, in a shopping mall, etc...?

As those who read me know, due to a bladder pathology, I suffer from incontinence, and this, especially as a teenager (but even now it sometimes happens to me) has led me to have accidents, due to the fact that I cannot resist as long as The other people. That you could no longer resist but couldn't go to the bathroom and eventually your bladder gave out in public like at school, on the bus, in a shopping mall, etc...?
I have already told you how in middle school i unfortunately completely peed myself during gymnastics class. Or even when i didn't have time to get to the bathroom after a surprise test. I recently had an accident while i was at the lake with my girlfriend, where unfortunately i wasn't able to reach the services in time and i peed on myself in front of a family who was there.

Disaster this morning, i had a pretty bad accident: i went shopping, unfortunately iI was forced to drink a half-liter bottle of tea because i was feeling sick from the heat. I thought had time to get home because i was running away but it wasn't serious, but on the way back i suddenly became unbearable in desperation, i quickened my pace with the shopping bags, but i couldn't take it any longer hold it and i started to drip without being able to do anything about it (due to my incontinence unfortunately i have very little control in these cases). I got behind a car so i could piss on myself a little more sheltered since i certainly couldn't strip naked there, trying not to get my skirt wet. Thank God i didn't have any pants or leggings today. Luckily no one was passing nearby at the time. Among other things, great embarrassment, at home having to tell mum, but according to her rules i have to tell her when i have an accident, she hates it when i keep it hidden 😩

Sorry to hear you were unable to make it. At least you were able to minimise the situation by going between parked cars for cover and with your clothing too. Shame you have to tell your mother though. I would avoid that when possible if it was me.

It was hard not to tell her, i came back and my legs were wet and my skirt was a little wet too. I deserved the lecture because i am aware of my situation and yet i went out without protection and wasted time, instead of immediately returning home as soon as i felt the need.

But were there any pleasant sensations? What if you focused on them?

Let's say that my accidents no longer make the news, i certainly get some reproaches if i have any that were avoidable. Luckily mum is always understanding, but she wants me to be honest and if i have an accident she will tell her. For certain things she treats me a bit like a child, but in the end i don't mind it, it's certainly a bit embarrassing at times, but i feel pampered

If you're talking about voluntary wetting, i've done it sometimes. But it's always stressful to hide evidence. Voluntary wetting would make mom angry

Well I don’t know if you did deserve a lecture. You had to drink extra because of the heat. You done your best to hold your pee and you took steps to cover yourself as much as is possible when the accident happened.

At least after the lecture, there is consolation and a bit of maternal cuddles. Even though i'm 20 years old, part of me doesn't mind feeling pampered and a bit like a child. I know, i'm weird 😅
