So this happened over the weekend when I was out with the same girl from before. She was wayyyyyy sluttier than I would have ever imagined.

Fantastic developments so far.

She seems to definitely be interested.  As a minimum she doesn't have any qualms peeing outside and in close proximity with you.   But, the fact that she chose to squat right next to you, looking at you peeing means that she has chosen to take the next step.   To then admit to enjoying the view and offering to "wipe" you, means she is admitting that she doesn't mind if there is a taste of your pee there - even if she was just going for the blow job.

Between these two observations, I think it is apparent that this young lady is a bit of a gusher.  Some ladies can expel a large volume very quickly - creating a huge puddle in less than 20 seconds.

Two thoughts.

Firstly, anatomy.  Female piping, from bladder to fresh air, is much shorter than male piping.  So, all else being equal, her flow rate will be faster.  From personal observation, some women take as little as five seconds to empty themselves.  Most take take at least two or three times as long.

Secondly.  Why not tell her you noticed that?  It would be a good start to a potentially interesting conversation.

You are right to say that Singapore’s a strict country. While there are measures put in place to counter the import of gum into the country, such measures are much less in significance compared to countering other contraband items (such as vape, currently a big talking point here) and harder stuff like drugs.

I think the rest of the world sees Singapore as a strict country because there are fines for just about any wrongdoings, down to the smallest actions such as flicking a cigarette butt into a river. And not to forget that on the other end of the spectrum, there’s also the death penalty for drug smuggling.
 

As for peeing in public, I would think it’s pretty atypical for Singapore, the girl in topic included. Hence I mentioned that alcohol helped play a part in it. But of course, when done in places out of sight (CCTVs as well), and so long as there are no major complains, then there’s nothing much that the authorities can do. Ultimately the law holds that one has to be caught in the act in order to be convicted.
