Peeing during ultrasound

I stepped into the ultrasound clinic. They had told me to drink 4 cups of water 1 hour before my appointment to arrive with a full bladder. The receptionist at check-in directed me to the waiting area. The atmosphere was clinical yet strangely calming.

Soon, a technician called my name. She guided me to a small, dimly lit room. "I'm Sydney. You'll need to change into this gown," she said, handing me a pale blue garment that felt soft yet paper-thin. After changing, I lay on the examination table, its paper cover crinkling beneath me.

Sydney began preparing the ultrasound machine. She applied a cold gel to my abdomen, "this will feel a bit cold," she warned, the sensation not helping my bladder which was desperate for relief. The scanner, pressed against my skin, was moving in slow, methodical sweeps. The sensation was peculiar but not uncomfortable.

"Could you turn to your left?" she asked occasionally, and I complied. "Now, deep breath in and hold... and breath out." Her instructions were interspersed with requests to hold my breath or to cough, each action creating a different view on the monitor. To keep my mind off my bladder, I tried to decipher the images on the screen, a blur of shapes and shadows, but couldn't make sense of them.

Sydney paused, her tone informative. "We're almost done, but I need you to have an empty bladder for for the final images, From the images I can tell you need this really need to pee anyways" she explained, and she was right, I really needed to pee.

I asked her where the bathroom is, but shockingly she replied "oh, actually our bathroom is for staff only. You can just do it here, we have someone to clean up after you." That was so fishy, she was asking me to just pee here, on the floor. She told me that it's a part of the process. I asked if I can go to a nearby store or restaurant to use a bathroom and come back. "That will take too long, and i can't let you out until we're dond. Will it make you more comfortable if I do it too?" she said. 

I nodded affirmatively. She stood up from her chair, and moved so I got a better view. Then she hiked her skirt, revealing that she was going commando. She bent her knees and sighed, and a stream emerged. It was a bit yellow, but didn't smell too bad. It flowed for about ten seconds. Once the stream died down, she gave a few more pushes, letting out a few more gushes. She reached for a tissue, wiped herself clean and threw it into the puddle, which she looked at which disgust. "Okay, I'm all done, your turn" she said.

At this point I realized I had no excuse to resist. I scooted over to the edge of the bed, and lifted the bottom of my gown. I looked to the floor, which was clean besides Sydney's puddle and tissue. I closed my eyes and let go. I opened my eyes to see some of my clear odorless stream dripping on the bed, but most was hitting the floor. The relief was incredible, after all I did have a full bladder that I was forced to hold.

This went on for what seemed like an eternity, before the stream finally came to a stop. Sydney instructed "please make sure to empty yourself completely", so I pushed a couple more times and a few more spurts came out. She gave me a tissue, and I wiped myself before tossing it in the puddle. Sydney said "look at you, taking such a big pee, I bet you feel much better now". "Yes", then I politely asked "okay, can we get this over with?"

Once we were finished (with the ultrasound I mean), Sydney left me alone to let me change. After returning to my own clothes, I stepped out, and she called over the janitor "Jake, take care of the two puddles in room one please". He came over with his mop and bucket, I tried to apologize for the mess, but he said it wasn't necessary.

Has anyone else had an ultrasound like this? My friends say they've never had a technician do it in front of them. I highly recommend Sydney at Freeleek Imaging Services Health Yard (FISHY).

Wow, that must have been such an incredible situation you found yourself in!

But, after I read your story, I had to look twice, first to see that it wasn't posted under Real Experiences and Encounters and then at the calendar to see it wasn't the first of April.

Ohhh how I W I S H this was a thing.   They need to invent an imaging test that involves peeing on yourself while lying down.  Kinda surprised there isn't such a thing since defecography exists.

 Edit * I guess the first post should have been a tip off with a female being told to pee on the floor with the nurse.  While I didn't believe that could happen and almost called her on it, I read on.

After that I totally missed this is fiction section. The story I posted is not fiction at all. It is 100% true and happened  to me as described. This story does not belong in the fiction section- wettingman   I leave it Anyway ...

I am an older male with  the common prostate issues. I experienced something similar to what you described.   I did not have to arrive with a full bladder as they filled it with saline solution via a tube up my urethra ( that part was not fun).  With no explanation ,males were instructed to bring a extra pair of socks .(?) Once they did filled my bladder as shown on the monitor, I was told to hold it in as long as possible. Since I  enjoy the desperate to pee feeling that was fine by me. Having an accident was not an issue since I was going to pee right there. There was two female nurses doing the test. I was hooked to a monitor that monitored the status of my bladder. Noting that it was full she asked if I was ok. I said yes, despite knowing I was very full. I could not tell if my pee was about to come out because of the tube still in my penis. However, I did feel the  strong bladder spasm, and I reflexively ( plus I wanted to hold it a bit longer)  clenched my sphincter tighter. She noticed the spasm on her monitor, and she said  "I just saw a bladder spasm", and I had to admit I could not hold it any longer.  

 She took hold of my penis to try to  guide any urine that escaped around the tube into a container. I was told to stand up and relax my bladder.  I guess due to my normally large bladder, and that I tried to hold it in longer than expected, instantly a huge gusher of pee poured out overwhelming the capacity of the tube, and splattering onto the floor. It created a large puddle, I don't think she was pleased with that. Now I understood the need for clean socks. The ones I was wearing were soaked.

The other nurse watched the test on the monitor as my bladder emptied. I thought about asking for a copy of that, but that would have seemed strange.

A dream of mine is for a female like a nurse to hold my penis knowing I was desperately full, as I peed. Sadly with the tube inside I didn't really get to enjoy the sensation.
