Can you become incontinent if you often urinate in your pants on purpose?

I really want to wear diapers all the time so that I can run my pee anytime, anywhere. Well I was wondering, does anyone know if you can teach yourself to always pee in your pants and then automatically become incontinent? I have a husband and 3 studying children. They shouldn't know that I like peeing. I like to hold up my pee for as long as possible and then pee in leather pants wherever I am. Any ideas?

The causes of incontinence are usually pathological, if I were you I'd not worry much, do what you feel like, I'm sure you'll keep any situation under tight control...

I wouldn’t worry about becoming incontinent. Try not to overthink it. Just wet your pants often and enjoy yourself.

Not sure quite what you are trying to achieve, but you should be able to have some fun.

1. If you want to become incontinent it should be possible with a lot of practice - you will just have to always wet yourself whenever you want to pee and never use the toilet (without exception), and eventually your bladder will get used to it and you will be incontinent - but it will take a concerted effort.

2. If you become incontinent your family will know! It will not be possible to hide it from them forever.

3. If you just like the feeling of pee running down your legs you might like to try wearing open shoes and fishnet stockings under a skirt or dress. You will be able to pee like that almost anywhere without anyone noticing - just be careful of making a big puddle. It will be lovely and warm while you are peeing and your legs will dry and be warm again soon after. Wetting stockings does not leave you with the heavy cold weight on your legs that you get with trousers after you have wet yourself.

4. If you like the idea of temporary incontinence it is possible to have a few days where you wet yourself as soon as you feel the tingle. After a while you will find that you are wetting yourself on autopilot without giving a thought as to where you are. A couple of days of peeing normally again and you will be back to normal.

I guess that the answer is just dress to wet and have fun, and only you will know that you have been wetting yourself rather than using the toilet!

Is it possible one will become incontinent as a result of only peeing in one's pants: yes.  Will that definitely happen: no.

I think the fact you are holding yourself means you are unlikely to become incontinent.
