I think if you are someone who’s on the lookout for it and you know the signs, you start to see it more and more often. At least that’s been my experience.

I've definitely been desperate to pee while in public on numerous occasions. Once, I was shopping at the grocery store a little late at night. It was dark outside and I really needed to pee! So I took my bags of items and went out of the store hastily since the store did not have public restrooms. I opened the trunk of my car and put my items in while pee dancing and hopping from one leg to another. Since it was dark, and there was another car parked to mine, I went in between both cars, hiked my skirt up, and pulled the crotch of my panties aside to release the greatest volume of urine I've ever released in a parking lot. After I finished, I got up and looked at the puddle which flowed down the whole parking lot, feeling embarrassed but relieved (also a bit turned on), I quickly got in my car and drove away.
