Remembered a story from about two years ago.
I was walking back to my car from a local big chain grocery store, the kind that shares a parking lot with several stores. The store is next to a pretty busy road with lots of car and foot traffic. It must have been mid afternoon.

The store is on a small hill, with the entrance to it and a few other stores on a raised concrete walkway. The place where the walkway drops off has some bushes planted on top, so the area below is somewhat private, but still has people walking past constantly, and still easily visible if you're in the right angle. So I'm walking back to my car, and see a man, maybe early thirties, skinny, with both hands held in front of him, standing between a car and the raised walkway desperately pissing into the bushes. I couldn't see his cock, as he held it with both hands, but his strong, clear stream was aimed up, avoiding the waist-high concrete wall and depositing all his desperate urine into the dirt. Maybe to avoid leaving a mark?

I didn't see him start, but he must have stood there with his cock in both hands, pissing out his hot liquid for thirty seconds that I saw. Clearly desperate for a piss!

What I love too is that the store has bathrooms, but he chose to forgo the indoor facilities and treat the parking lot as his urinal. He was was either too desperate to walk the short distance inside, or just couldn't be inconvenienced not to whip it out and piss in full public view.

My guess is the former, as his posture was nervous, trying not to be seen, like he had gotten out of his car so full to bursting he could either wet himself or piss right there in front of everyone. A shame - I wish more people were more open about pissing freely.

Two years ago, probably desperation. These days it would be my first choice as I’m actively vs avoiding public bathrooms and I know others who are too because of COVID - prefer a parking lot to an unventilated indoor space
