I wanted to tell you about something that happened last week at the big engineering trade fair here in London. Once the promotional pens and leaflets were packed away Marika and the others – Phil and Steven the sales guys, and a stand contractor I’d not met before – seemed more concerned with making sure there wasn’t going to be any beer left, by drinking it. I had a couple of bottles too.

“OK – it’s time to let Sarah into our secret,” said Marika, with a wicked smile, as the last of the other exhibitors cleared the hall leaving ours as the last one standing. “Today is the last outing for this booth,” she said. “We will be using a new design next time.
