My morning routine

I was asked by @F.W to write about my morning wee so here it is. Sorry it's a little late!

 

I woke up at 7 o’clock this morning for and begrudgingly switched off my alarm before climbing out of the nice warm cosy bed. I know if I just roll over and snuggle up with my husband I’ll sleep in and be late for work. I quietly left my bedroom and went to the bathroom next door, closing the door behind me but not locking it like usual. I pulled my shorts down to my knees, sat on the toilet and yawned as I began peeing. It was my usual gentle stream that tinkled noisily into the water below. I just sat with my chin resting on my hand which in turn was resting on my leg, still half asleep while I emptied my bladder. My morning pees are always quite long and this was no exception. I went for about 45 seconds and after yawning again I reached for the toilet paper, wrapping it twice around my open hand before sliding it off my fingers and reaching behind my legs to wipe, front to back. Once I was nice and dry I stood up and let my shorts drop to the floor, kicking them into the laundry basket. I took off the tank top I also slept in, throwing it on top of the shorts and stepped into the shower. A lovely hot shower always wakes me up and puts me in a good mood for the morning.

Once I had finished washing myself I flushed the toilet, got dried and went back to the bedroom, naked. My husband was still fast asleep and I felt a little jealous. The bed was so comfy and I would have happily climbed back in if I could. I opened my dresser and pulled out my underwear for the day, whatever was on top which happened to be a light pink thong and matching bra. I put them on and then pulled out my black trousers. Nothing fancy but it is too cold for skirts now. I stepped into them and pulled them up, wriggling a little to squeeze into them before fastening them and grabbing a blouse to wear. White with long sleeves, rather formal. I put it on, fastened the buttons and quickly brushed my hair before going downstairs to eat breakfast and get ready.

After I had eaten breakfast, got my daughter ready for school etc it was nearly time to leave for work but first I needed another wee. I had been drinking coffee and it had made its way through my system. I went upstairs to my bathroom, closed the door and pulled my trousers down to my knees with my thong as I sat. A few seconds later I started peeing, another gentle splashy stream. I only went for about 10 seconds and once I finished I wiped the same as previously and pulled up my clothes as I stood. I flushed, washed my hands and brushed my teeth before quickly checking I looked okay in the mirror and left for work.

Same (only) bathroom both times.

Thanks for that great description @Sophie - although I'm a little surprised that if you were getting in the shower anyway that you didn't just get straight in the shower and pee whilst you were in there.

I used to all the time but for some reason now I usually only do it if I need to pee while I'm already in the shower

My morning routine.

Get up, head to toilet for pee, though might pee in sink if feeling naughty. Then head into kitchen to make coffee. Sit drinking coffee, then run bath (I prefer baths to showers). Whilst bath is running, shave and brush teeth, then get into bath. Will usually pee in bath whilst there. Will wash body and hair, then get out to dry myself. Then will go online to check out the latest posts on various forums including this one, usually over a second coffee. Then will get dressed and head off to work - or not if it is a day off.
