I seem to have better dreams with my bladder full. That "need to piss bad" feeling is very erotic, and it's logical that you would want to prolong it. In my younger days I wouldn't pee before bedtime and would wake up with a full bladder and a boner, and sometimes I'd wake up in the process of cumming. When that happened I had to get up and pee or risk wetting the bed. When you go to bed full, do you ever cum in your sleep? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and jerk off?
