Writer's block

Recommended Posts

Am going through a seriously long phase of writer's block at the moment and have even temporarily lost most of my interest in reading stories. I hope this passes soon. Generally, am going through a period when I am less interested in erotica generally, even pics and vids. Unusually for me, I have been less interested in pee of late too.

Will maybe post a bit of off topic stuff but might benefit from a couple of days without thinking about porn at all just to recharge my batteries.

I am sure we all think of you with love and respect, and await your return. A huge kiss...

As a writer, this often happens to me. And, since I get paid based on what I write, I'd better get over it quick. But, there are times when it doesn't go away by itself. That's when I know I need to take a break, even if it's only half a day.

Hopefully, your batteries will get refilled. And whatever else.

Yep, I get my inclination to write in phases, sometimes I will write multiple stories, other times I don't write for months.  I wouldn't worry about it.   Sometimes it is just about waiting for an idea for something new to come along and that will trigger you back into action.   For certain, don't think anyone thinks any less of you just because you haven't written for a while.

As for your interest in reading and viewing other material, maybe you are just bored of reading it so often and need a break, or maybe you have other things on your mind to occupy yourself.  Either way, I doubt if it is a permanent change and you'll get back into it when you are good and ready.
