I struggle to pee in cups or bottles because of my messy spray. Even in the doctor’s office I hate the urine test cups with a passion.

Yes I have many in locker rooms mostly and in my aunts house in Germany.

I standard pee pose when I pee in public is a full Asian squat when both your feet are planted on the ground. When I use any toilet I hover squat, and for fun I sometimes squat on one leg

I did Volleyball in Germany when I was 16 in school, Germany is very open compared to America many girls would just pee while changing even the coach would I did many times as well

I tried but my stream is messy

It’s whatever I never really mind it, I don’t know the second answer just yet the messes are a byproduct of messy streams

So a quick run down of me to give a bit more context. My dad was born in Germany and My mother was born Argentina My dad and her met in Argentina me along my 2 older brothers where born there. Soon after I was born my mother abandoned us luckily my dad had money so he could maintain us until we got our visa. My dad took us to Japan where his older brother lived. He has a lovely wife with 2 girls their the had a squat toilet in their house so my aunt and my cousin taught me how. They would do it and have me do it. Yes I have some since I don’t like dirty public restrooms

I think it’s mix of both I grew up doing Gymnastics and Track which led me going to the gym to keep my body in top shape. I’m very much invested my core and endurance so lots of cardio right now.
