@PetieT, sorry, no, I didn't know anything about Hentai when I developed my interest for female peeing. But much later, I discovered some erotic comics on the internet whilst browsing for pee pics, among others I stumbled upon Rebecca's Housewives at Play. It was just two or three random pages posted to a TGP (thumbnail gallery post - back when Google image search didn't exist).

I am sure I have answered this question, but apparently not in this forum. It all started for me, quite literally at my mother's knee, when I was 2 or 3 years old. Before my sisters were born, I was an only child, following my mom around an empty house, all day, while my father was away at work, during WW2. Whenever mom had to pee, she would say "I have to wee-wee. Come with me to the bathroom." She apparently didn't want me to get hurt, or into mischief, while she was in the bathroom. I really wish I knew! All I remember is I've started masturbating very early (~6yo, I guess?) and since I remember, pee was the thing for me (long before I knew what sex actually was). Then, add the eternal question "where do girls actually pee from" and...  Who knows, maybe there is some kind of a "peefan gene", because I have no other explanation for my cause (unless there is some very early childhood pee core memory I'm no longer able to recall).

That Christmas I peed the bed on purpose because I didn’t want Santa to think I was up and not get presents. I took off my pants and soaked my underwear. This thread was a fascinating read! Seems many of us started at a young age. 
 

For me it started some time in my pre-teens. I lived in a very rural area and tended to explore on my own a lot. I have no idea what triggered me, but at some point I started peeing into sandwich baggies, then I’d start to line my pants with plastic bags so I could pee without getting my pants wet. That didn’t work very well and often my pants would get wet anyway. Then I gave up on the bags and just wet myself whenever I needed to go. It wasn’t sexual at all at the time. I just enjoyed pissing my pants. This was before I even knew porn was a thing, so I had no clue there were others in the world that were like-minded. The joy of wetting never really died for me, and then when I discovered that others enjoyed it as well (porn) it immediately became arousing. Pretty much my entire life I’ve enjoyed pissing and wetting in one way or another. 
 

My only pee partner experience was with my ex wife. Toward the end of our marriage we started toying with pee play.
