pissbabe69 71
I grabbed male diapers off the shelf today because it was the only type in XL (cuz I buy kids' diapers not adults because people would assume it's for a kid lol) and I guess my question is, is there really that much of a difference? Like if I use them will it leak faster? 3 Link to post
Stephen94 225
The only difference really is the male diapers have a higher absorbent pad at the front to allow for the penis otherwise they should hold their own. Adult diapers would probably hold a bit more I’d say. The ones I get start leaking on the second wetting towards the end so they do a great job 1 Link to post
puddyls 26,808
of course we can wear them. but yeah, idk if there is a difference. i've never used them, since i'll just wait until the girls' ones are in stock or go to another store. they mostly look the same in pictures though, except the boy's ones usually seem to have the little flap thing printed on them. but i always kinda assumed the absorbent linings would be concentrated in different parts. 2 1 Link to post
nutinfancy 655
There does seem to be more padding in the front of males, and they don't seem to seal around your legs as well, so if you're sitting they're more apt to leak. Now the male goodnite diapers are great! They have padding front and back and seal around the legs well. But there volume is not as much. So I've wondered about the women's pull-up diapers, because I like peeing while sitting or driving home after work it's a nice relaxing release of tension. Link to post
Kathleen 317
We can wear anything better then men! Even diapers if that's your niche 🙂 and yes I'm sure you can 1 Link to post
DoctorDoctor 1,434
I am guessing the male and female diapers hold about the same amount, but have the absorbent material concentrated in different places. This would possibly make a difference in absorbing a rapid pee stream. Say if a female peed in a male diaper, the liquid would have to wick upwards to be absorbed, which may slow down the absorption. That might result in an overflow. (Seeing how fast some women pee, I am suprised that any diaper (male or female) can keep up with that kind of flow.) 1 Link to post
mickymoist 3,525
What I've noticed is that most will leak if you pee hard after holding , that's not really what they're designed for, you do have to control the flow a bit 🙂 Edited December 9 by mickymoist Link to post
