@adamholiday - I must admit when I read your initial post my thoughts were with a young pair of siblings, and when you mentioned her smiling and hoping you'd do it, I had in mind the typical love-hate brother sister relationship where she'd want some sort of power-humiliation trip over you.

But checking your profile age, I guess that's pretty far from the case now - you're both mature adults and presumably both with your own sexual experiences.   I guess you may both have your own families to complicate matters - but in the first instance it'd be good to have a detailed honest chat about the experience.  At a time when she's open and receptive to that discussion (since the moment may have passed).  It sounds like that may already have taken place.
