@Coral - I've moved your post here which is the perfect place to share experiences in real time.

I'm guessing 30 minutes on your bathroom may have become free and you've got the relief you so desperately needed ?    If not, do you have a measuring jug or large glass in the kitchen, or a vase maybe somewhere in the house you could pee into?    At least enough to make some space and take the pressure off.

Not necessarily the first thing to come to mind...  especially when your brain is being shouted at by your bladder and in panic mode.

I vote using a some sort of container out of the bin waiting to be recycled (or use the sink and pee against the side to quiet the noise).
