Pee hunters & spotters

Are there any genuine hunters or spotters out there that like to go out checking places people usually pee at? 

I mean, like going to places where there is a high chance of people peeing outside, like parks, busy city centres of a nighttime, festivals etc. 

Be good to chat and exchange stories and tips.
