The only stores I have peed in are the clothing stores but with carpet floors and probably IKEA. It was mostly out of desperate and just being stuck in a very annoying situation.

Yeah, that happened to me once.  By the time I got out of their maze, I was desperate.  As it turned out, the cleaners had just finished cleaning the men's room, so I walked in and pissed all over the floor. If I ever find myself in that situation again, I'm not going to wait until I get out. I'll just find a hidden nook and hose it down.  Serves them right.

A lot of public places with have drains in the stall floors, or drains in random places. If you've got the safe opportunity, this is a good idea for ladies to crouch over without leaving too much evidence if you're more into the risk part and not the seeing it visibly everywhere part.
