Am I an idiot?

My answer to this is: probably

 

Maybe some of you remember how in the past I've shared some stories about my coworker "Liza" who quite often needs to pee and is not afraid to tell or show us once the time comes. Which is one of the reasons why I enjoy working with her.

Also, she's a person who likes to prank and tease people whenever she can (always in good fun of course). And it happened multiple times that occasionaly I'd reveal something that bothers me and she would then use that as an excuse to piss me of.

So, a few months ago, I, being the big brain that I am, had an idea. I told Liza how oftentimes I get super nervous and irritated whenever I find myself in a situation where the person I'm with really needs to pee and there's no chance for him or her to use the bathroom, like when we're stuck in traffic for instance (This is all true btw I didn't make any of this up).

With this confession I hoped that once the opportunity arrives, Liza would use this information against me to be very vocal about her desperate urges just to bother me.

 

Unfortunately...

 

I achieved the opposite. Ever since then Liza has become silent. She has now stopped telling me about her needs because she doesn't want me to feel nervous, which is very sweet but at the same time also infuriating lol

I've now ruined one of the best parts of working with her and it bothers me more that it should haha

 

Anyway, I'm still confident that one day she'll take the opportunity to tease me with this, because if she doesn't it would be very "un Liza-like".

Probaly gonna have to be very patient for it to finally happen though. Fingers crossed!

That is disappointing but you couldn't have predicted it really, so you're not an idiot. Hope Liza goes back to being normal Liza soon

Well, it sounds to me like she is doing what she thinks is right if you told her it makes you uncomfortable when you know people have to pee and can't lol. Sounds like she is being a good friend to me 🤷🏽‍♀️
