Pee Back in Westminster

Has anyone else seen the article regards Westminster Council covering the walls in the area with a special paint which throws the pee back at you. They have also introduced  pop up urinals for the festive season!

Hey, I pass through the area semi-regularly, but haven't seen anything about this... Who knew paint had a playful sense of humour...?

I saw an article about this wall coating somewhere a few years ago.  If they're trying to deter people, it doesn't seem like it would be very effective.  You could just pee on the ground instead of on the wall.  The end result would be the same...a puddle on the ground next to the wall.
