Definitely jeans and yoga pants (for women). Jeans because they are so normal and everyday, which contrasts with how unexpected a wetting is, and how if they are reasonably tight they show the figure nicely. Yoga pants because they are almost the closest to naked shapewise while still covering everything.

Color matters less as long as it's light enough to easily show the wetness.
