This is a potential problem for forward pee-ers, using conventional Western toilets, as well as those using flat squat toilets, lacking deflectors. My impression is that simply bending forward at the hips is the most effective "aiming" mechanism, to bring the trajectory of the stream downward, to avoid splattering of the seat, in the Western case, or overshooting of the flat bowl, in the Asian case. in china, leaning forward while squatting is more common among little girls than mature adult women. A lot of parents taught their daughters to lean forward to avoid overshooting the floor when they were children. As they grow older, they will become less likely to lean forward. native adult women in china already used to squat, and will care less about overshoot the floor, but western women who travel to china are more likely to worry that the stream flow forward that over shoot the floor, so western women are more likely to lean forward than native Chinese women. 2 Link to post
Chrissy89 1,208
Naturally my stream is downwards and splashes nicely into the water. By changing the angle of my lean I can direct it forward slightly. Doesn’t go too far forward despite my best efforts. I wish I had the skills of @ukpeegirl86in her post. 2 Link to post
