I, Walrus and others here generally post on sightings that we get in our lifetime. I have seen some women hold for long and then take a desperate pee once their bladders give out. Usually during outdoor events and even as a kid growing up in India checking out desperate women getting off their vehicles and finding a spot to pee. They would usually make huge pools of pee I have even seen many finish up and then squat down again to release remaining. You should honestly drive in India or Asia, the sightings you would get would be in tons and even more open. In hills in India, women have no choice but to go to the back of the bus or to the side. As a driver you have the vantage spot to observe it all.

Having seen many women pee outdoors its mostly squatting but I have also seen some nice half squats with everything on show from behind.
