Thanks for asking. To be totally honest, shortly before lockdown I had a bit of a rethink and effectively stepped back from quite a few aspects.  I ran a one-man self employed professional photography business for 12 years in parallel with a normal day job and family - so decided enough was enough.  Now I photograph the jobs I want to do for enjoyment rather than what everyone else wants.

So, historically I've offered my services to photograph:

    • - Weddings, of which I've probably done about 60 over the period
    • - Studio portraits (unfortunately almost all clothed)
    • - Events - Proms, balls that type of thing including print on site instant photo sales and a couple of big fair events
    • - Corporate - Product and premises, a couple of schools etc.
    • - Live music - I have a corporate venue who I work very closely with, and a large number of their bands (including an annual festival) - quite a huge event and total blast

These days I still work with the same live music clients and one of the outdoor fairs - the good fun bits.  And to touch on your other post, I went down the Nikon route.

Awesome.  Personally I do scenic/landscape/architecture as well as animal photography.  I am very early on just trying to get a photography career started however, so if you could maybe message me ideas, tools and tips, I would greatly appreciate that.

Beyond that I shoot Nikon myself, however I also use an older film camera for BW shots

I wish there was a group somewhere where we could all be from closer time zones. This group is great but when I'm on here, everyone else is not, and when they're on I'm not. Not so fun when you want to have a back and forth chat about piss adventures.

    Completely agree

messaging - i would pm back more with people but ahhhh anxious you know (which is silly since i'm freely posting on a forum where literally anyone could read it lol)

That's when you just ask people to continue a conversation in a thread and if someone isn't willing, they usually aren't worth the effort of trying aha

So recently I saw an article about this girl who naturally had t cup breasts and wanted to get a boob job to make them bigger and it made me wonder if that's what like everyone else likes?

I could be biased since I have small boobs but I have no desire to really have bigger breasts. Is it seen as unattractive to have small breasts though? I'm curious xD

Personally I much prefer smaller ones on a girl anyway. Bigger than a handful is just a waste

Feel free to answer one, both or neither of these. One is a little heavier than the other.

What are your views on the Leica M series of cameras? Awesome or waste of money? I think they look really cool (I love rangefinder cameras in general) and give me a strange nostalgic feeling. I'll never own one but they're nice to look at and read about

What is it like being male? I'm asking because in the 30+ years of my life I've only ever seen it from a female point of view. Being a girl is all I've ever known. I'm sure this will be difficult to answer because to you it's just "normal", it's all you have ever known lol

As a photographer myself, personally I think it is a potentially neat idea, especially if you have a size or weight limit like if traveling, however if you don't have these limits I personally think the standard ones (Nikon, Sony, Canon) are still mostly better

I haven’t been in touch with her in a while. I have to look back to see where exactly in Ohio she is.

No worries if nothing comes to be. But I like to go with the expression of it can't hurt to ask and you miss 100% of the shots you don't take so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask at least since that is where I am too

Throughout lockdown, the only thing that has been keeping me anything close to sane is my music practice. I'm an amateur pianist. At the moment, I'm working on some classical pieces as well as popular blues melodies. My music teacher is excellent.

Does anyone else here play an instrument? Do tell! I'd love to hear about it. What is your instrument? What pieces do you play?

Low brass here. Jazz is my fav style

Unfortunately she let the morning pee out before I got to her and she tried to drink up before I arrived. She was drinking a Sprite when I picked her up. She pushed out a little. I am going to post in a few. She was leaving to return to her home state of Ohio after she used my backseat but she owns me a morning pee when she returns.

Maybe help me get in touch with her as I am from there too aha
