I am very curious by your screenshot. It appears you are missing the "Introductions" and "Feedback" subforum, and the "DMCA Requests" topic is in Pee Pictures, but it's actually posted here in the feedback section. Very bizarre.

Sorry, by "menu" I should've said 'Home page". And all that stuff at the bottom was the glitch I was referring to. Sorry, I should've been clearer

Whenever I go to use the site on mobile, the menu shows up looking like this

The peefans community bar keeps flashing on and off in the middle of the screen as well.

Is anyone else having this issue?

There was one time in primary school, I would've been about 5 or 6 at the time, but all the boys in my class had to use the toilet for some reason (probably one of those examples where they make you go before an excursion or an assembly or something). There was one of those urinals where it's basically just a tiled wall and everything goes down into a drain on the floor but for whatever reason, we weren't allowed to use it. I, in my infinite wisdom however thought it would be a good idea to just pee on the floor in front of it, I was caught when the teacher came to check on us though.
