Well things have been reasonably OK for a few weeks in terms of accidents.

I have had to change my underwear during the day a few times but in general I have managed to be a normal woman.

That was until last Thursday when I took the boys to the park. I was sat reading a novel glancing up occasionally watching them happily playing on the swings and slides. Stupidly I had a large coffee before we came out and all of a sudden the need to use the toilet hit me.

Their are toilet but they had been in a state of disrepair for months and to my dismay I had noticed on the way in they were closed for maintenance.

I walked stood up and shouted the kids, I immediately had to sit down. They had early not heard me or were ignoring me, probably the later.

I sat there bouncing my legs up and down my hands discretely jammed in my crotch.

I shouted them again, this time by eldest walked over.

He could see the panic on my face "Are you alright mummy?"

"Go and get your brother quickly we need to go"

"Why do you need a wee wee mummy", he clearly knows me to well

Before they returned a squirt had turned into a dribble, which turned into a flood.

The bench was made of slats and built over grass, I knew I was leaking on the floor.

I don't think anyone noticed but to be honest I wasn't really paying much attention.

By the time they both returned it was clear what had happened.

"Mummy have you wet you knickers again", the again really hurt.

"Go to the car" I said which was only across the field "and get mummy her long cardigan"

Thankfully he did without more questioning.

I put the cardigan on and pulled it down over my skirt. The day was warm and I must have looked odd in a jumper and a cardigan, but it hid my wet skirt which was the whole point.

We drove home and I changed (pics below).

When my husband came in he asked what we had done today.

I told him we had been to the park.

"Mummy wet he knickers and we had to come home" shouted the kids.

My husband looked at me "How bad?"

"Very" I replied

"Could you not get to the toilet"

"It was closed" I replied

He laughed.

 

 

 

 

 

Following my wet jogging experience (see my-morning-run) I decided to go out early immediately after I had dropped the boys off at school in order to avoid the two old ladies and further embarrassment. Thankfully although I did have to squat in the bushes again I did not encounter them (or any stray dogs).

During the week a comment from (@Alfresco) got me thinking and maybe for the first time in my life I could turn an accident into a pleasurable experience. I decided to take his advice and nip into the bushes once I was sure I had been spotted.

 

 

Reverting to my usual time I set out on my jog, half of me hoping I would not see them and the other half hoping I would not.

Well I rounded a corning onto a straight of about 200m and on the bench half way along were the two ladies. Immediately my heart began to pound and I felt a tingle of excitement.

For once in my life I didn't need to go, but that didn't matter.

They spotted me about 50m away, I got within 30m of them, let out a very load yelp and when I was sure they were looking I grabbed my crotch, doubled over and hobbled into the bushes.

I stood there for a couple of minutes before re-appearing.

I was sure they were watching so I checked my gusset area, which was wet (I had already jogged nearly 2 miles by this point so it wast exactly unexpected).

I began to walk in there direction checking myself again as I did so.

The dog ran up to me but returned to its owner when called.

"Are you OK dear"

"I have wet myself" I said looking down at my leggings "Didn't get them down in time"

"Oh you poor thing, at least last time you managed to hang on a while"

"It happens, especially when I am running"

"Your a bit young to be having accidents"

"Two young boys" I shrugged "I have never been very good at going to the toilet"

"I had better get going" I said and began jogging.

I sprinted home, I was so turned on by the experience, however brief it had been.

As soon as I got home my leggings were down and my vibrator was out and it wasn't long before I had a thundering orgasm.

Maybe accidents (pretend or not) can actually be pleasurable.

Looking back on this mornings 3 mile run it even makes me chuckle.

As I don't work Fridays I dropped the boys at school and nipped into the supermarket on my way back before changing for my run.

 

I don't wear a pad when I am running, I know I will leak, they just get heavy, uncomfortable and can often rub. In fact I sometimes don't even bother with my knickers (though this morning I did). I just have to accept I will be wet and as long as I wear black leggings the wetness is very hard to spot.

I had run about two miles down a quiet path by the side of a wooded area. My route is carefully planned as maybe 1 run in 5 I end up having to squat in the bushes and knowing it is quiet and there is almost immediate cover is a god send.

I sneezed and stopped to tighten my pelvic floor. Maybe a drop or two but pretty good.

I began running and had only managed maybe another 50 yards when I sneezed again. I held myself this time, but again the damage was limited. It was only as I set of running again that I had a sudden and intense need to pee.

I knew I had very little time and without even looking up dashed straight into the bushes and pulled down my knickers and leggings and squatted. I squat deep with my bottom almost touching the floor and my legs as far apart as my leggings will allow. My flow isn't fast at the best of times, it tends to just dribble through my pubic hair. This position seems to be the least likely the pee will run along my thighs and wet my feet.

I had just started and let out a sigh of relief as a little Jack Russell terrier appeared carrying its rubber bone. It ran up to me dropped its bone and started to bark whilst jumping up and down. I momentarily lost my balance peed into my leggings, my hand and onto my right trainer. I even had to push it away from trying to drink my expanding puddle.

I heard two female voices talking before one began shouting “Sparkie here boy, Sparkie”

A women in her 60s then appeared in front of me about 10 feet away.

She called the dog again but it wouldn't come so she walked to within a few feet of me and put it on its lead, during which time I was dribbling between my legs uncontrollably (once I go, I go).

She said nothing and walked off.

After about 30 seconds I shook the drips of my pubic hair, stood up and had almost pulled my knickers up when the other women (also in her late 60s appeared).

“Oh I am sorry” she said “Sparkie left his bone”

I hurriedly pulled my leggings up as she walked over to me, picked the bone up and walked off.

I composed myself and headed back to the path, fortunately I could not see them. I walked about 30 yards and was just about to set off on the last mile of my run when I heard them talking. I could just see them through the trees sat on a bench which was on a path parallel to the one I was running on.

“That poor lady, she must have been absolutely desperate”

“Oh I know” said the other

“I didn't realise she was still there when I went back she was just pulling her knickers up. Well I say knickers they were more like a piece of string, they cannot be comfortable can they”

“Oh no”

“They don't cover much up that's for sure” Did you notice how hairy she was?”

“No”

“Well I don't think even my underwear would have covered that lot, never mind hers. I thought the trend was shaven in younger ladies?”

“I wouldn't know” she paused, “I have seen her jogging before she runs often I am sure. My Harry refers to her as the women with the nice legs and lovely bum. I think he would have had a heart attack if he had seen what we have just seen” she laughs.

I felt quiet flattered that someone had paid me a complement while I was out jogging even if it was an old man.

I saw them getting up so I took a few steps and broke into a run and headed for home.

This account will help explain why I post on here and so love to receive your warm and friendly comments (and hopefully you enjoy my accounts) because my husband can be such an uncaring prick at times.

This accident (which was one of the reasons I hadn't posted for sometime) happened in very similar circumstances to the previous one I posted.

It was a Monday morning (15^th February to be exact), I was due to head into the office my husband had the week off and had planned to erect a garden office. Due to covid we seem to be working more and more from home at the moment and plan to for some time.

We had already had a disagreement earlier that morning on who would take the boys to school. I argued that as he was off work he should take them he argued that as I was going out anyway I should take them. He won.

So as per my usual morning routine before I left the house I went to the toilet.

While sat on the toilet (and not yet managing to go) my husband came in.

"Do you want something" I asked

"Just thought I would watch you use the toilet, its not a common sight these days"

I glared at him, how dare he say that.

"Don't stare at me, I can't go when you stare"

"Well that's not true"

"What's that supposed to mean" I replied

"Well I have stared at you enough times in the past as you have wet yourself, so clearly its not true"

"Are you trying to belittle me on purpose or does it just come naturally" I fumed

"Just stating the truth" he replied.

I managed a small pee before wiping and standing up.

"I'm impressed well done" he said

"God you can be such an idiot sometimes" I shouted as I pulled my skirt down.

"You try giving birth twice"

"Its not like you didn't have any accidents before the kids is it"

"Get lost" I replied and stormed downstairs.

It was just after 5pm when on my way back from the office, I picked the boys up from after school club. I was desperate when I pulled onto the drive. I didn't bother getting the boys out of their car seats I just ran inside and up the stairs.

I did get my underwear down but not not in time. I was able to finished in the toilet but I was very wet, as was the bathroom floor and that despite wearing a pad.

I had just started to clean myself up when my husband appeared at the door.

“What do you want”

“Their is no need to be like that” he replied

“I got the lads out of the car for you, I guessed you had been caught short AGAIN”

“Just read today's nursery report by the way, no accidents!”

I didn't replay, he watched in silence as I wiped myself before wrapping a towel around my waist and barging passed him to get some dry clothes to put on.

Well its been far to long since my last post and for that I must apologise.

I wish I could tell you that I hadn't posted because I had managed to act like a grown woman and use the toilet without any mishaps, unfortunately (though not for you) this is not the case.

My reasons for not posting are time, family, work and personal problems which I wont bore you with now.

As far as my bladder issues are concerned little has changed over the last few years, on the bright side I suppose it hasn't got any worse, however I still carry spare underwear around which gets used most days and yes I am prone to the odd complete flood (as I am sure you are aware).

So confidence has not been to great recently and husband has not helped the situation as I try to climb the ladder in my professional life, be a good mum to my two beautiful boys and try and act like most women my age do and simply use the toilet.

 

In today's post (and hopefully the first of many) I am going to relay an episode that happened recently, the 2^nd week in May to be exact.

It was a pleasant day the sun was shining and I didn't have to rush around as my first meeting was not until 11am. My husband had taken the boys off to school before he went to work, the plan being that I would pick them up from after school club on my way home.

I had a light breakfast and even found time to pleasure myself before dressing for work.

Ready for work I made my last port of call (as always) before leaving, the toilet.

I sat down and managed a small dribble after a few minutes

I dried and cleaned myself up.

Before ensuring I was ready for the office

The day at work passed without any issues, I didn't even need to use any of my spares and I was feeling very pleased with myself that I had managed to be a big girl.

On the drive to the after school club I began to get an in-cling that I needed the toilet, however I hadn't got to far to travel and provided I was in and out in a reasonable time I thought that even I would not have an issue.

I picked up the boys and was on my way back to the car when I met Adam walking in the other direction on his way to pick up his daughter Melissa.

He stopped to chat and I felt obliged to at least exchange pleasantries.

Adam is a good looking guy in his 30s and its clear he has a bit of a thing for me. I have seen him staring many a time and he often looks me up and down while chatting. I don't mind, in fact I find it flattering.

I was getting close to having to hold myself so I made a lame excuse that I had left the oven on, which was one of the dumbest lie ever because it was clear I had just come from work.

Perhaps I should of just told him I had to dash as I needed the toilet. No big deal, but hey.

Looking back it makes me chuckle to think what he would have done if I had told him the whole truth.

"I'm sorry Adam I have to dash as I need the toilet and if I don't go now I may very well have an accident. I'm terrible at going to the toilet I often wet my knickers"

If you were Adam in that situation what would you have said and done?

 

Anyway I am waffling, back to the accident.

I fastened the boys in the car, I had a small leak while stretching across the back seat but nothing to problematic.

Drove the 5 minutes home, left the boys in the car dashed to the front door, fumbled my keys and ran up the stairs to the bathroom holding myself as I did so.

I yanked up my skirt but I had started to pee even before I got to the toilet (see arrow)

As the flood gates opened all I could do was sit on the toilet and pee through my knickers and tights with my head in my hands. I felt totally demoralised after doing so well throughout the day, upset and at the same time frustrated that I had got so close.

I was now left with cleaning up the mess and wiping myself.

I look so pathetic in the next picture a grown business woman with her towel wiping her gusset and legs.

I removed my tights and dried myself some more

I stood there thinking what the f***

Time to change, wipe the floor, get the boys out of the car and put some washing on.

As a middle aged woman and mum of 2 I can say well for me At least leakage is common.

I have never been great at holding my pee but childbirth has had a big effect despite pelvic floor exercises.

May I first first apologise for my lack of posts. Weird times with Covid etc. but thats no excuse.

I got myelf slightly depressed yesterday as I had been keeping a log of the boys toilet activities as part of the gold stars I hand out each week.

Depressed because it is now clear that despite having 2 children (2 and 4) its there mum has has the most accidents.

Since 1st July:

My 4 year old -  1 accident which was a complete flood

My 2 year old - 9 accidents of which 6 were complete floods

Mum - 17 accidents of which 3 were complete floods

Which brings me onto yesterday and not for the first time I had an accident stretching up to get something.

Fortunatley I was home alone doing a little housework.

I needed the loo and would have gone in 7 or 8 minutes, instead I went in 7 or 8 seconds.

I stretched up to dust on top of the book case and squirted into my knickers.

Intentional peeing under the cover of a leather skirt is a bit of a fantasy of mine.
