I used to know someone who was a guard on the railway and she was on a train out of Waterloo late one Friday evening.  The toilets were out of action and multiple people were complaining to her about the lack of toilets.  She went on the PA system and announced to the train that she was sorry for the lack of available toilets on the train and understood that several people were in need.   She said that she would hold the train at Clapham Junction to allow them to find their relief, but that she couldn't hold the train for more than 3 minutes, so people would need to make use of the facilities on the platform as there wouldn't be time to get to the toilets and back!   When the train pulled into Clapham, apparently at least 20 people got off the train and peed on the platform - men and women.   I would have loved to have seen that.

I would certainly have loved to have seen that as well.  Thank you for the story

However I just wanted to ask a quick question to those who read this thread on the regular. Since being back at work I have had a few fun little desperation sightings whilst working on the front desk and have a bunch more from the past couple of years of working there and wondered if people would be interested in me sharing them. I ask because whilst this thread has just plain desperation stories it is mostly pee sightings and I don't want to share these little encounters of desperation if people aren't interested in them. 

I love these little moments when they happen because they are left with an open conclusion and my imagination can run wild with a million possibilities of what could have happened and I would be more than happy to post them. I just don't want to flood this thread (pun intended) with stories of just minor desperation encounters if people prefer the accounts of actual sightings.

Let me know if you would like to hear them or not.

This led to Debbie telling us about a pub she had been to with her husband.  The y were only serving  drinks through window to drink in the beer garden.  No one was allowed in side the pub. The gents toilets were open as they had a door to the outside, but the ladies had a portaloo.  Debbie was not impressed.  I think lots of other ladies would also not have been.  I wondered if it might lead to alley way peeing by ladies on their way home especially in the evening after the 10pm close down.  Wishful thinking perhaps....

That was probably the reason why she squatted or stood to pee in a private home, in the first place.

 

 

My ex-wife and her mother always stood, back to the toilet legs slightly astride the bowl and knickers around the calves or ankles, and leant over a little to let their streams go in the toilet.  My wife showed me this and I saw my mother-in-law through frosted glass of a downstairs toilet in the same pose.  I imagine this lady used a similar technique.
