What Happened? To make a long story short I did an upgrade that was supposed to take about 12 hours to complete, but it ended up taking a little more than 2 weeks. Why did you do the upgrade? So a friend of mine recounted this story recently - I was lucky enough to hear it and asked a couple of questions! She's 19, at the end of her second year of uni so on summer holidays now.
